I'm sure somebody must have been born yesterday.
K: and once again, someone without any sort
intellect or imagination...we... we... we...
that reflects the collective we.... the human species...
I can't believe I have to explain this to anyone over
the age of 5...

I'd be interested in an explanation as to why you thought any of it was worth writing. :?

if you can't understand why ethics/morals matters, I really can't help you...
I can only lay out the situation of ethics and morals..
if you lack the intellect or imagination to see the importance
of ethics/morals... you shouldn't even be on a philosophy website...
perhaps, maybe hanging out on a sports website or a needle point website,
would be more your speed?

K: actually, anybody who knows me, knows I am about the funniest person
around... many have commented on how I missed my calling on being a
stand up comedian...I didn't go that path because I just don't have the
ego necessary to do so.....and until recently, I was very uncomfortable
dealing with people... it has taken me to become old before I become
comfortable talking to people... I rarely use humor around here for
a simple reason, I have found that people on philosophy websites
have no sense of humor...usually it sails right over their head.....

That's possibly the saddest thing I've ever read.

Well I am glad to hear that Kropotkin and thus you can remain confident that the checkout chicks and the shelf stacking staff at the grocery store are laughing with you and not at you.

btw, do you own a gun?

I think one issue is that the OP can be summed up as morals/ethics are important. Once you get into the details of the text, it's wandering, not really justifying things. A kind of mash up.

If you take the position as lecturer, you may find yourself mocked if there isn't much clear going on in the lecture.

You assumed that Harbal thought the topic was unimportant. But he wondered why you bothered to write what you wrote.

There's a difference.
