NO. There are none. Philosophers do not generally talk about the existence or non-existence of god because such a question has no answer, even in principle, although it remains the case that that many people believe such things. The fact that many people believe in god is a fertile ground for the philosophical discourse but the validity of such belief is not.Jaded Sage wrote:Aren't there a lot of philosophers who talk about that?

I guess they were doing theology then. I consider that a branch of philosophy. Either way, new dude is cool, according to the guidelines.
Re: The true " religion " - the creator orientation
The simple question is :
Is there a true God , who has created everything ?
And have we a chance to recognize if he he really exists and what he wants from the mankind ?

I'm gonna say yes to both. But I tend to think of it differently.
Re: The true " religion " - the creator orientation
jaded , twice yes is right ,
I can say it , because I know it .
Where are your problems ? Perhaps I can help you ?
Please so exact and logical as possible .

Oh, I have few problems, if any. I'm more like you: with more answers than questions. Altho I hear a wiseman always has more questions than answers. But then again, maybe that's Buddha's boat.
Re: The true " religion " - the creator orientation
Jaded , the most about the true God , I can answer .
I have really recognized at the existence of the universe that the true God exists . I know that he exists . And some more .

Re: The true " religion " - the creator orientation
I searched for the truth about the true God with reason and logic and WITHOUT fixations ( religion , world ) , completely honest (especially to
myself) and with all my strength and will . It took about ten years till I was successful .

You didn't answer my question but I gather that you discovered this eternal truth within the recesses of your own mind. Did it not occur to you that you might be barking mad?manden wrote:I searched for the truth about the true God with reason and logic and WITHOUT fixations ( religion , world ) , completely honest (especially to

Or that you might be God?
Re: The true " religion " - the creator orientation
Leo , I answered your question . But what do you want now ? Please clear and logic questions and statements . The rest I ignore .Obvious Leo wrote:You didn't answer my question but I gather that you discovered this eternal truth within the recesses of your own mind. Re: The true " religion " - the creator orientation
You didn't answer my question at all. All you did was offer a puerile statement of claim which has no place in a philosophy forum. You claim to be in possession of an absolute truth and I wish to know how you came by this truth. if you reckon that you came by this truth by staring at your navel for ten years then please provide an explanation as to why anybody should be persuaded by your divine revelation. In other words, why is your version of the truth preferable to that of anybody else who may have had a different epiphany?manden wrote:Leo , I answered your question . But what do you want now ?

It sounds like he's saying he reasoned his way to the truth. Does that count?
Re: The true " religion " - the creator orientation
How I came to my perception I have already written .Obvious Leo wrote:You didn't answer my question at all. But I will also tell you the way :
Men can create NOTHING with their logic and power , only make something out of already existing .
THAT shows that the universe can ONLY have been created by an unimaginable logic and power .
Who can really grasp that , knows that the real creator of the universe really exists . More of him is not recognizable .
( for this corrupt and ill mankind it is incredibly difficult to grasp that )
