I'm surprised at my position on the BMI index.


You may be fortunate in a way, to be so thin in such an obese society. Do you think you could eat more?

i probably can eat more but I already eat a lot

but i also get a lot of exercise - and if i dont get enough exercise i literally cannot function

i do a six mile run every morning - its around three miles to the nearest diner, where i have a plate of home fries and a coffee with lots of cream - and then run back home for breakfast

my mom says she was like me until she had my older brother when she got to 'slightly overweight' weight and stayed there

And there you have being thin in a nutshell. Expend more calories than you eat and you can pretty much eat what you like.

i dont gorge myself lol - i just have a side of home fries, not a full breakfast

i know some people who basically cannot exercise except on an empty stomach

myself a moderate snack does not bother me at all

there are some people who can eat a huge meal and then exercise
