I already told you about; Yes, you can score that high on an IQ test, IF you're a kid. This is how 'Bobby Fischer' scored 187, and even your own 'quora' source acknowledged this.
The sources you gave me actually dig a bigger hole for yourself than if you didn't say anything- because they were all about the 'Stanford-Binet' test, specifically. And that indicates that is the test you had in mind, when you claim to have falsified an IQ of '181.' So NOW you have to do some more barrel scraping, in order to convince me that this wasn't the fucking test you took, in your imagination. Even if you are able to find an IQ test that goes above the 170 range for an adult, I'm not sure that's acceptable, any longer. Oh my god, it's mind-blowing how much of a confident idiot you are.
