I heard there's more abortions now than during Roe.

There's certainly no lack of access and getting to it is a minor obstacle.

If you actually want me to read what you write, you need to get to the point and not expect me to meander down the nonsensical and disturbed pathways that you like to create and follow... because I'm not going to invest my energy in any of that. You're the only one who cares about it if you can't make it more relevant AND interesting to anyone who isn't a follower and doesn't have soupy gravy for brains.
Good to know. I’ll just skip the reasoning, skip the relevance of cause and effect, skip any relevant background, and jump straight to the conclusion.

I'll just make declarations from on high ... what folks customarily call, belief as in, "I believe this, and I believe that."

Then, you can do the ad hom thing based on what you make up about my pronouncements, or you can simply say many people believe many things because without evidence, reasoning, or a trail of causation, all beliefs pretty much are the same, and there is no good or bad.

For instance, in the Clancy case, the ex-mother did a very bad thing, and her punishment should be equitable according to the laws of that land. You may agree or disagree, and that's wonderful. My reasons and explanations not necessary, you can make some up. You can even erroneously say that I'm condemning women, and then condemn me.

In that way, dialogue can ensue.
You can say, "You said this."
And I can say, "No, I did not."
And you can say, "Yes, you did."
And I can say, "No, I did not."

There are variations.
I could say, "You misunderstand."
And you could say, "No, you misunderstand."
And so on.

The first one to not quit, wins.

Let's NOT allow any female on the planet (or within a desired territory) to prevent a reproducing organism from using her body as an incubating host. Rather, we'll WELCOME (at any cost) the millions of fetuses to fully develop to be birthed into babies every year, and then we can speed the demise of this beautiful planet due to absurdly ignorant over-population.

Is that what some of you want -- to be absurdly ignorant?
That certainly is an ignorant solution.

The answer to the question is, only when appropriate.

All of that is only credible and applicable if it's based in some sort of reasonable shared reality.
Walker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2026 3:50 pmI'll just make declarations from on high ... what folks customarily call, belief as in, "I believe this, and I believe that."
I don't think that's as much your style... but you (more than most here) do seem intoxicated with false, one-sided, nonsensical platforms.
Walker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2026 3:50 pmThen, you can do the ad hom thing...
I'm being truthful.
Walker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2026 3:50 pm...based on what you make up about my pronouncements
Please tell me anything that you think I've made up about your pronouncements and be willing to answer a few questions.

Considering that you typically ignore questions and keep doubling-down on obviously one-sided cult-like nonsense, it's understandable that it might be described as dishonest, deceptive, delusional, intoxicated, rigid, blind, gullible, insane, etc.
Walker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2026 3:50 pm...or you can simply say many people believe many things
Well, that is true, and worth consideration... especially when someone is claiming there's 'one truth'.
Walker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2026 3:50 pm...all beliefs pretty much are the same
Greatly depends on the context being discussed.
Walker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2026 3:50 pm...and there is no good or bad.
Again, depends on the context. Lying and deception and delusion and hate might be described as bad for day-to-day life. In the bigger picture beyond our earthly existence, we can't truthfully make ultimate pronouncements.
Walker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2026 3:50 pm For instance, in the Clancy case, the ex-mother did a very bad thing, and her punishment should be equitable according to the laws of that land. You may agree or disagree, and that's wonderful.
I DO agree. I don't think there should ever be an insanity defense. I'm guessing that the majority of humans are, or could be classified as, insane for ANY reason at any given time... especially considering the completely twisted mindsets involved for abuse, religion, politics, racism, sexism, etc. Being held responsible shouldn't be based on whether we're 'in control or not'.
Walker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2026 3:50 pmMy reasons and explanations not necessary, you can make some up.
Why don't you simply clarify by answering the thoughtful questions that have been asked of you?

In this case, why are you blaming people for choosing to end unwanted pregnancies, considering there have been no alternatives since the beginning of humankind? What do you suggest people do instead, here and now? And how is your (never-pregnant old-man) position of opposition serving you?
Walker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2026 3:50 pmYou can even erroneously say that I'm condemning women
What is it that you're doing?

What’s the problem?
Abortion is legal, and access is plentiful. (declaration)

Obviously, the OP seeks to justify abortion. (declaration)
Why? What purpose does justification of what's acceptable by society, serve?

Obviously, it’s for moral self-justification, for abortionists. (declaration)
Why should they care about self-justification?
It's already been justified, by society.

Obviously, the OP is absurdly ignorant. (declaration)

Now for the edit:

Abortion is legal, and access is plentiful.
The OP seeks to justify abortion.
It’s for moral self-justification, for abortionists.
The OP is absurdly ignorant.

Gee. That's not too folksy.

--> 13 states have total bans as of 2026.
--> Restricting women’s access to safe and legal abortion services compel women to risk their lives and health by seeking out unsafe abortion care.
--> There is ongoing assault, targeting, and threats against abortion providers and patients across the country.
--> Doctors fearing imprisonment deny women help with illegal abortions, even when the woman's life is at risk. Save that fetus... even if the woman must die!

It is not acceptable to a large portion of society. That's why a balanced conversation needs to include reasonable justifications for it.

The OP was mocking the absurd ignorance put forth by people who scream about saving all 'babies' (which are actually fetuses) without thinking more broadly about it. Did you not get that?

Walker is concerned about people having abortions. If their fetuses are aborted, then they can't eventually be recruited into the military when they get older and more able to experience suffering, to maim and kill other human beings and become maimed and killed themselves in wars started by his favorite President, Donald Trump, who created a new war for us. It's a virtue that Walker possesses, and we don't.

sorry, that was communist China (overpopulation helped but the number of aborted females was greater than the current population of the USA)

Oh. I see. So communist China has been conducting wars AND killing innocent fetuses? I've lost track of them. In which wars did Communist China send its young soldiers to fight, kill others, and die in? Not sure what you are referring to. It almost looks like a vain attempt to divert blame to "communist" China. Of course, that's par for the course for "conservatives".

If they didn't go to war, then were they truly "conscripted" to go to war to fight, kill others, and die in?
