TDS = Trump Derangement Syndrome. In it's normal usage, Trump supporters claim that people who are opposed to Trump's policies are suffering from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome). If someone is opposed to Trump's policies, then they are opposed to his policies because they are "deranged". However, the gentleman in the video seems to make the case that TDS would seem (also) to fit as a description of Trump supporters. He seems to say that Trump supporters have a more serious form of "derangement," though.

Well I'm pretty sure, that I have the type derangement that sees that Trumpians are the ones that are truly deranged, because I actually care about all the people, that are good people, as in those that live and let live as equals, and to not use my authority to command wealth, such that I cheat the people to do so. Because I see that all people are equals, and that any that see things differently, as if they're superior, is just the illusory state of derangement. And for those that are not "good" people, I feel sorry for them, for they are truly deranged.
