Now, with people bitching about population control, and it is a fact that our environment cannot sustain a population which harms the environment, why since the rich are inventing ways to kill the population because of over population, is not the Justice System being unjust by not imposing not prison time for Corporate corruptions, but automatic death sentences?
I do not think that Trump would bother to pardon a dead man?
Give some thoughts, outline a justice system which is aimed at environmental protection by the elimination of those who commit crimes aimed the destruction of a Just society?
What kind of outline can you come up with? An outline which, as they say, is aimed at killing two birds with one stone?
Personally, I do not care much for the claim of cruel and unusual punishment which also claims that hard working people now have to spend a great majority of their taxes supporting such people, that situation is also called involuntary servitude. Can you form a just legal system which does not enslave those who are just?
Call it a mind game.

Can you describe a system of justice so as to not contradict the word just?
Let me help you, you have two types of identity, literal and metaphorical, or as commonly said, arithmetic and geometric.
You have an agent and patient.
Show that you can, with simple givens, effect the Law of Reciprocity.
Or in Biblical terms, Buy and sell, using the Mark of the Beast. I.e. so that the behavior of your hand is in agreement with the intelligible system of grammar we use.
Do you want to do your own work as a mind, or do you want to be entitled? And if you want someone else to do your job for you, then are you agreeing to a state of slavery? Or is theft perfectly acceptable to you?
