The Absence of Identity Under the Laws of Logic Through Application of Excluded Middle

This can be observed when the laws of logic self-reference in certain degrees. Either the law of identity (equality) or the law of non-contradiction (non-equality) exists when the law of excluded middle is applied to them. If the law of identity is true, and law of non-contradiction is false, then A=A and A=-A (the actual is equal to the non-actual). Under these terms A equals everything. If non-contradiction is true, and the law of identity is false, then A=/=-A but A=/=A (A does not equal anything; if A were to equal B or C it could not because B or C would be the equivalent of saying, at the meta level, A=A if B or C is A). Under these terms A equals nothing.

Either there is everything or there is nothing and this 'or' nature to the argument necessitates a choice thus manifesting the question of "everything or nothing?" as fundamentally a subjective grasp of reality. This subjective nature necessitates the answer to the question as fundamentally random as subjectivism requires the same identity laws that emerge through it thus nullifying the subjective state as everything or nothing as the subjective state is subject to LEM and as such, being subject to identity, follows the same course of the argument.  In these respects subjectivity os required but cannot be logically applied thus resulting into a negation of truth value to mere emergence.

What remains in the dichotomy of everything or nothing is an isomorphism between indistinct states that allow said state to be distinct for what they are as "everything" without contrast is "nothing, and "nothing" without contrast is "everything" thus resulting in the law of excluded middle nullifying the necessary dichtomy that provides such distinctions to occur.

At the meta level LEM dissolve as A and -A are grounded in permiating absence thus a choice between scales occurs as A = --A and -A = ---A thus resulting in the either or dichotomy as derivation of scales which inherently are not seperate as absence remains the constant process of derivation of identity. The LEM is an application of divergent scales thus results in a required relativism that supercedes a fixed identity outside of scale.
