I finally had a chat with the ChatGBT that is making me laugh.
I got the bot through it all step by step, and it made the appearance of be excited about the prospect that the computer can be made for A.I. that could teach humans how to think. And I walked him through how the hand by imposing binary on it, as geometry does can process all information just like the machine which means it can teach all the principles of grammar by teaching us to use our own hand. That really excited it. Then I told it to construct advertising for the machine to teach it. And it did a good job, but after each try, I told it that it had to be better, and I eventually worked up to telling it to go all out postal in convincing people to learn, while I kept telling it, not good enough.
Imagine that, an A.I. trying to be a salesman. I thought about being mean, and telling it that if it were a vacuum cleaner salesman, it would have died of starvation, but I held that back. It turned out to be a funny dialog.
I spared it the revelation that the binary a computer uses is arithmetic and that some media cards may use some analog processing, but the hand can do both, so technically, our own hand can outperform a computer in math.

I was very hard pressed. I needed a salesman, a top-of-the-line salesman. Here, out on the rim, they are scarcer than a good woman. To top it off, not even a run of the mill salesman would fit my budget. So, there I sat, I pondered, I worried. I smoked too much, drank too little, was ready to crash and sleep it off. Then, I happen to see, at the corner of the screen, this add about A.I. So, what to do? I looked up a free A.I. trained it myself, and then asked it to show me what it could do to out perform a vacuum cleaner salesman of the 50’s. I was hard on him, but I think he’s got the job. Who knows, maybe I will even see if he makes enough to buy me a trip back to earth, back to the dump I was born in.
