I'm not well versed on linguistics or programing but it appears that the first statement of the video above is incorrect.
No, not all information is derived from binary recursion. While binary recursion—a technique where a function calls itself twice to divide problems into two smaller subproblems—is a powerful method for processing data structures like binary trees, it is not the exclusive source of information or computation.

Information and computational processes are derived from various methods:
Linear Recursion: A function calls itself only once, creating a linear, rather than branching, exploration of the problem space.
Iteration: Many problems solved with recursion can also be solved iteratively using for or while loops, which often use constant stack space compared to the memory overhead of recursion.
N-ary Recursion: Algorithms can split problems into more than two subproblems, which is not considered binary recursion.
Non-recursive Data Structures: Many data structures are not inherently binary (e.g., graphs, linked lists, arrays) and are processed through linear traversal or other non-branching methods.

Why Binary Recursion is Often Used:
Binary recursion is highly effective for traversing "recursive data structures" (like trees), where the structure itself is defined by smaller, similar structures. For instance, a binary tree node has a value and up to two children (left and right subtrees). However, even in these cases, an iterative approach can sometimes be used.

How smart would you say a person is who cannot even learn from their own hand?

The minimum level of intelligence required to learn is determined by the ability to listen to your own hand.

Gram a pencil. put it on a piece of paper. Now Draw the simplest thing possible, a thing which can produce all of grammar. Argue with your hand, tell it it ain't so.
The maximum level of intelligence you will achieve is when you can no longer listen to that very same hand.

I just outlined, in binary, the biologically defined range of any human beings mental abilities, or I. Q.

Any fool prefers flattery from another fool.

I am here to teach The Hand. How to learn from, as written, your very own hand.

Binary 0 1 0, or in Plato's words, there is one and only one relative between correlatives. Noun, and verb. Every thing you cited proved my words true even though the words were written by someone illiterate.

What about things that are neither verbs nor nouns, such as adjectives, pronouns, adverbs, etc.?

still too stupid to ask your own hand? People call that congenital.

My bad, apparently.

OK. So it is true that "all information is derived from binary recursion"?

So, like A.I. you are satisfied with no intelligence at all.
