Do most children with "oppositional defiance disorder" grow up to be climate change deniers and anti-vaxers? Or is it the reverse?

There may be right answers. The only problem is that; if there are right answers, then we humans don't know what they are. And ignorance is always evil to someone who believes something.
The statements above are only my beliefs.

If I believe that I don't have any beliefs, then I am mistaken. If I DON'T believe that I don't have any beliefs, then I am correct.
One belief I have is that I have beliefs.
But how do I believe that I have beliefs?
If I believe that I cannot know anything for certain, then I am mistaken. If I DON'T believe that I cannot know anything for certain, then I am correct.
One certain belief I have is that it is not the case that I cannot know anything for certain.
But how do I know for certain that it is not the case that I cannot know anything for certain?
