So, you don't think they attract women more than men or more women then men.
What a weird way to have communicated.
You should be more discriminating and thoughtful with your inferences.
I was going by normal language use.

Good tactic to ignore:
If it was that they attracted people in general, well, then no need to focus on the women.
Is that what this is now? Tactics? I was actually assuming we were both coming from viewpoints with the idea of helping Gary. Why this?

Just making normal inferences that most people would make. OK, you didn't mean it, just clarify.

I'll drop our discussion here.

I fail to see how trying to steer Gary towards a fire and brimstone woman would help him, so maybe that's just your perception.

Really??

You think that the positive aspects of Jesus' message are of interest mainly to women?

Men are mainly interested in hell and damnation?

Tell us more about your views on Jesus, please.
Mainly?
"Mainly," is your classification.
The thought of mainly never even crossed my mind.

You rather missed the point again, didn't you.

Do try and be honest.
Mainly might not be the best adverb, but the groups that don't focus on hell and damnation attract the women folk, you said. If it was that they attracted people in general, well, then no need to focus on the women. Why do you think men and women react differently? Are they equally good preferences?
I don't think 'mainly' is wrong. Given the meaning of the word 'usually'.

usually : under normal conditions; generally

usually : in the way that most often happens

Do you think a walking, talking*, hell and damnation woman would be better for Gary than a woman from your so-called different kind of Christianity that also attracts women, and men?

Are you trying to set Gary up for unhappiness?
Do you really dislike Gary that much?
What are you even talking about?

All the better to find women singing in a choir instead of dwelling on fire and brimstone, a fixation which doesn't require Abbynormal conditions.

"Mainly" sounds like something a child would say, by the way, at least in that context.

You are eager to plead ignorance quite often. We get it. You're ignorant. No need to beat a dead horse.

You're really pathetic.

You don't know what's going on.

You make posts like you are drunk.

Then when people try to make sense of what you are saying, you call them ignorant.

I tried to bridge and got shown the worth of that urge with him.

I need to swap out my brain with someone else's. Christians seem to derive enormous consolation from believing in a loving God who watches over them. That alone seems better than going through life unsure and uncertain, obsessively worrying that things can possibly go dramatically wrong. If only I could believe that Christianity is true.

If I swap my brain with someone else's, then which body would I be in, the one with my brain in it or my original body now containing someone else's brain?
