https://apnews.com/biden-orders-strike- ... bc274e0000

"Biden opted to target three locations used by Kataib Hezbollah and affiliated groups, the official said.

The U.S. strikes were carried out at about 4:45 a.m. on Tuesday in Iraq, less than 13 hours after the U.S. personnel were attacked. According to U.S. Central Command, the retaliatory strikes on the three sites, “destroyed the targeted facilities and likely killed a number of Kataib Hezbollah militants.”

when will the leftists bring president autopen up on murder charges?

I totally get it, though. Saw whatshername - white house spokesman blonde chick - being drilled by those fruity-ass clean-cut gay lookin lib news network reporters questioning the ethics of blowing up random unknown boats like you're playing atari with your brothers.

She's impatient and should be. We are at that point where nothing is fully unwarranted. Nothing can really be said to be clearly unnecessary. Everything is so confused and befuddled, and there's no way out of the mess. Why are there even drug boats? Why is latin america broke? Where are the good jobs to encourage guys to work for a living rather than run drugs? Why is there an insatiable desire for drugs in America?

When these problems can't be prevented, things must have gotten so bad that it's anything one can do to deal effectively and summarily with any one stupid unnecessary conflict that exists in the mess.

She knows that. Wtf is she supposed to do? Have an opinion and call it unethical? Buddy, if those conditions exist that i pointed out above, ethics left the building a long fuckin time ago.

It serves no purpose when you twist the question.

So to remind you what WAS being discussed, NOT the attacking of these boats but returning to kill survivors in the water. And yes that is a "war crime"BOTH by international rules for war at sea AND our own military regs (look it up if you don't believe that)

a) Hesgeth would possibly have the authority to alter OUR regs, but only prospectively, not retroactively. Probably not secretly as the regs have a purpose.

b) BUT --- usually these cases are a "whispering down the lane" problem. Orders passed down the chain of command that began as legal end up otherwise (in terms of the action taken). Often unclear where to place the blame. Depends on EXACT wording.
It is unclear that an order "Do whatever is necessary to ensure no survivors" is ordering "even if unlawful"
It would be proper for an officer ordered JUST the first part of that to ASK about the second part and can demand "please put that in writing, sir"

I do not believe any officer questioned under oath would claim "I did not know going back to kill survivors in the water was unlawful"

They're sayin the Don's sayin the strikes were in self-defense. Those cocaine conquistadors coulda had bazookas, and were poised to shoot the choppers down, mate.

The Don and I stand by the secondary strike order, and the admiral has our full support. We'll see you in court if we must.

Good day to you.

I did so much coke in 2023 that there was a noticeable increase in the Guzman family estate's annual illegal earnings... a spike in property purchases so big that it even got the attention of the DEA.

Point is it's hard for me to side against the cartels 'cause they're good boys who've had to make difficult decisions in life that I never had to make. Even if their prices are inflated, i still love em. It's a sellers world, mate.

RickLewis wrote: Tue Dec 02, 2025 11:12 am I noticed these responses by Hegsgeth reported yesterday. Looks very weasly:
Hegseth has pushed back against accusations in the report, calling them "fabricated, inflammatory, and derogatory". On Monday, he tweeted that Admiral Bradley "is an American hero, a true professional, and has my 100% support.

"I stand by him and the combat decisions he has made — on the September 2 mission and all others since."
Hegseth denies reports that he gave an order to "kill everybody", calling them "fabricated, inflammatory, and derogatory". Then he piles praise on his subordinate Admiral Bradley ("an American hero") for his "combat decisions". Isn't that neat? He thus appears to give strong support to Bradley while simultaneously making clear that it is Bradley's neck in the noose for anything illegal that was done. Hegseth loves to act tough but when there's pushback he immediately passes the buck.

Or the Biden autopen did it.

I can't even find anything about boatloads of people being blown up. Isn't it taking virtue-signalling to the nth level to pretend to care about drug traffickers? What do you think China (or any 'non Western' country) would do if American drug traffickers were caught in their waters?
Why is it only 'certain' countries that are expected to follow so-called 'international law'?

Alleged drug traffickers.

They were in international waters. Not even close to the US border.

China tends to have trials and executions.

Everyone ought to follow international laws. If someone does not, then that does not void the laws.

A quick google led to this:
Available reporting says U.S. forces have destroyed or struck a series of small vessels in the Caribbean since early September 2025, and that U.S. officials have identified multiple of those craft as having departed from Venezuela; the Associated Press and FactCheck cite that at least nine vessels were hit in the Caribbean and that at least three of those had departed Venezuela [1] and FactCheck reports U.S. strikes killed at least 61 people in 14 strikes across Caribbean and Pacific waters [2]. Specific, comprehensive counts of “Venezuelan boats intercepted for drug smuggling in the Caribbean since 2010” are not provided in the available reporting.
The attacks are not in U.S. waters; they are in international waters. The killings are extra-legal (why not just capture and arrest the drug dealers?). Evidence that these are "drug boats" is shaky. Besides, when is selling illegal drugs punishable by the death penalty?

Trump's attempts to use the military for operations normally policed by state, local and federal police is both misguided (the military isn't trained for this kind of thing) and a clear m ove toward autocratic and unconstitutional rule.

It's really hard to find anything specific about it, which is odd in itself.
So where is the 'available reporting'? Does anyone have links?

Make them all legal. Problem solved.
