A semi-retired steel plant manager and metallurgical engineer with a master's degree in engineering management, conferred in 1996 by the University of Pretoria (South Africa). My enquiry started while working towards my master's, commencing by questioning some long-accepted knowledge and dogma - trying to understand things. This enquiry continued through a highly successful career. Since my official retirement in 2018 I worked on various projects related to my profession but also started to order my thoughts into some cohesive reasoning. This ordering of thoughts morphed into a manuscript that has been published explaining my Understanding of Things. The Logic of Existence

Do I have this correct 'us', here, in this forum have to pay you money, so that you can then test 'your understanding' on this forum?

Ten years of my life went into this book, the last five of this was full-time, eight hours a day, six days a week - yes the book is for sale.
