Chip in a battery

Post by Phil8659 »

We now have regulators inside AA and AAA batteries. Our batteries are now being chipped which is an improvement in technology.

But the next step, for every government agency around the world, is you also now have, the ability to track that battery globally, and it is self-powered.

What else?
For every advance in technology there is a commensurate advancement in abuse.

One thing that made me feel satisfied was, the moment I saw how these were constructed, I also saw something else, a new point of failure if the chip, itself fails.

I was rewarded when I bought the Philips AA 8 pack. One battery, of the 8, arrived dead. Not recognized by the charging box, not recognized by another charger, and the Fluke meter shows as completely open. My judgment demonstrated, first try.
I am being shipped a replacement, so I am going to dissect the body.

Coming through the back door with surveillance. It is perfect for AI surveillance.

Do you know how to light a cigarette with a battery and a piece of steel wool, Phil? Old prison trick. The State had put em in a dilemma. Camps had to give radio privileges to inmates but that meant they could now use the batteries to light cigarettes.

Talk about being out of date, the sell those lighters today.
And the origins go back to the invention of the lightbulb. Many an arson was done by simply smashing the glass off a lightbulb.
