Because you stated that you think "overblown is more realistic" [than "absurd"] When comparing Charlie Kirk to Martin Luther King. Is that not the case now?

I asked:
So you think it's overblown to compare Charlie Kirk to Martin Luther King? Is that correct?

Ah yes, you did ask that. And did you get an answer? If yes, what answer did you get? And what do you think of the answer you got?

The answer I got was that it's overblown to compare Charlie Kirk to Martin Luther King. So you're stating that I interpreted your answer correctly? Is that correct?

Calling it an 'assassination' is absurd. YET another word that the Americans have fucked up and rendered meaningless.

I’ve lost track of the question again. Are you sure you got that answer? How can you be certain?

Are you saying that is not the answer I should have gotten? You don't believe that it's "overblown" to compare Charlie Kirk to Martin Luther King? Is that correct?

This guy does a worthy job of expressing a range of views and sentiments apropos of our present. The filters come off.

OK. So I just got through listening to a course on dealing with Alzheimer's. It was 2 hours. Would you give me a quick synopsis of what that video is about? Most importantly, I would like to know in what way it either affirms or denies that you believe comparing Charlie Kirk to MLK is "overblown". If you can't answer the question of whether or not comparing Kirk to MLK is "overblown", then a simple "I don't know," is acceptable.

Bartholomew Jacobi, my great great great grandfather happened to be in the theatre the night Abraham Lincoln was assassinated. It has marked me deeply.

I am in touch DAILY with FishPi. We exchange benign recipes with no political implication.

Gary: I know…but I ain’t tellin’!

Fair enough. You're not going to post here whether or not you think comparing Charlie Kirk to Martin Luther King is "overblown". But you did say "overblown" was a better word to use than "absurd".

Unless I am very very mistaken, Gary, I belive that I did say that comparing the assassination of Charlie Kirk to the assassination of MLK is ‘overblown’.
o·ver·blown 1 (ō′vər-blōn′)
v.
Past participle of overblow.
adj.
1. Excessive, exaggerated, or overdone: overblown decorations; overblown threats.
2. Full of empty or pretentious language; bombastic: overblown oratory.
I have bent to your will, Gary. Now please offer me back a little something. Go on Amazon and order some matzo ball mix (Manischewitz is the better variety) and ask you mother to make matzo ball soup! Then (I implore you) savor it! and simultaneously bless a Jew or all Jews! Please!

(You’re radical and won’t obey instructions — so mold the matzo into squares already!)
