You just looooooveeee to only look selectivly at my answers and if you really think that shrink stuff is babble, that only proves that you indeed has an irrational mind, why I won't waste more time on you.Arising_uk wrote:Hmm... what do you mean by determine in this context? As whilst I agree that reductionism may not apply in many cases its still damm interesting that Physics, the pre-eminent science(and I thought this is what you advocated as the touchstone for the modern man), has abandoned truth as its base.HexHammer wrote:I find your whole reasoning utterly absurd. Just because we can't determine how particles behaves, doesn't mean the rest of the world is impossible to determine.
Read up on shrink stuff.
I've told you, I think much of Psychology is babble.
We seem to be losing track tho'. You've not answered why you think the Greek questions about life, etc have been answered by the sciences.
I'd also be interested in what you mean by existentialism, since you brought it up, and how it relates to the psychotic and schizophrenic?

What shrink stuff? The neurobiology? I've already said that was interesting.
You mean the stuff about the psychopath and intelligence? I asked you to provide links, examples or references to the stuff that you base your thoughts upon so I can understand what you are saying but all you said was goggle it, so I did. You've not answered the questions I raised about how the stuff I found at the British Journal of Psychiatry appeared to give contradicting definitions of what a psychopath was and no definition of intelligence.
I'm at a loss about why you are not on a psychology site rather than a philosophy site, given that you appear to think psychology has the answers and philosophy does not.
Have you ever read the Greeks?
