No I don’t agree. This twoness stuff doesn’t necessarily mean both are dumb. Twoness stuff can mean really smart as well.
And why mock autism, have they nothing to offer society?

There’s two sides to every coin, every story.
In fact there’s your truth, my truth, and actual truth.

Also, if you lean more toward duality being correct, which I think you do, then you’re wrong to say duality is both equally dumb and autistic.

Duality asserts that reality is composed of separate and distinct entities or opposites, such as "self" and "other," while nonduality proposes that all things are interconnected aspects of a single, unified whole, challenging the illusion of separation. Nonduality, rooted in Sanskrit as "Advaita" ("not-two"), emphasizes the essential oneness and interconnectedness of all existence, even as duality describes the permanent separation and conflict that can arise from this perception.

Duality
Perception of Separation: Sees the world as a collection of separate things and opposing forces, such as good and evil, or joy and sorrow.
Individuality: Asserts that a distinct, independent self exists separately from the rest of the world.
Conflict and Friction: Believes that the existence of two or more distinct entities inevitably leads to conflict and friction.
Example: Viewing the ocean and fish as completely separate entities, rather than interconnected parts of a single system.

Nonduality
Unity and Oneness: Proposes that all things, including the divine, the self, and the rest of existence, are not fundamentally distinct but part of one universal whole.
Interconnectedness: Understands that everything is connected and arises from the same source, such as the individual "waves" (self) and the "ocean" (universal reality).
Peace and Harmony: Suggests that where there is only one (oneness), there is peace, as the conflict and friction of separation cease to exist.
Experience of Wholeness: Aims for a direct experience of this oneness, where the sense of a separate self dissolves into pure awareness.

Key Distinction
Duality is "two," nonduality is "not-two" (or one without a second) .
Duality is a mental construct that creates the illusion of separation, while nonduality is the recognition that this separation is ultimately unreal.
Fuck off DAM, I don't intend to read your word salads.
I can’t leave a subject topic. If I’m open to responding to it. I’m open to any subject. So if I see a subject I’m interested in replying to, then I will because I can. It’s only philosophical flip flopping on a philosophy forum. Someone throws a ball so that someone else catches it. Or else what’s the point in playing the game. A game is a two player game, is it not?

I thought you were into duality? You’re not going to tell me you’re a nondualist are you? Lol

We’re all experts at word salad’s including you. Take a look at what you said. You’re obviously into swinging both ways when it comes to dual language usage.
Another word salad.

Age wrote: Wed Sep 24, 2025 10:46 am Which is why I use the words, 'truth', and, 'Truth', to make it very clear which one I am referring to, exactly.
In English language, Fairy's "your truth" would be "your belief"; "my truth" would be "my belief"; and "actual truth" would simply be "truth".

Similarly, your "truth" would simply be "belief" and your "Truth" would simply be "truth".

What does the word, 'definition', mean?
A definition is a description of the meaning assigned to a word by someone.

I'm trying to see if there's a way to have a proper conversation with him.

Maybe Age will oblige you in a proper conversation if you ask nicely for one. Who knows, maybe try that.

That statement is not true.

Think again. Go deeper.

I don't see how the statement is false.

Because I don't have to . . . especially when it comes from a gadfly.

I have defined that term who knows how many times on this forum alone. In fact, I did it who knows how many times in my own thread ( the one in which Age participated. )

And you seem to be trying way too hard to defend Age . . . unaware of the history of our exchanges.

I’m not defending Age.

I read the statement you wrote in response to something Age wrote, and made up my own mind about what your statement means to me.

How is that defending Age?

But Age is a human being not a gadfly.
