Actually, I was reflecting on my replacing of my gym bikes. I put one in the trash, or by the curb, someone fell in love with it and it now has a new home, but moved the Schwinn to the front room. I do an hour on it for 14 mile bike.

I bought 2 new ones for the Gym. My Gym is full of soul mates.

I have always believed that people who go through the trouble of deliberately stylizing themselves have deeply ingrained issues which stems from an animal characteristic designed for group survival which means self denial.

It may shake the foundational logic of individualism, but life is a give, and life is a take. A givea and a takea, cha cha cha. The two balance. Society takes, and gives. The individual takes, and gives. The question is, who leads in that dance?

Without self-denial, in a fructose-based society that processes individuals inside and out, most folks would be large beyond the design of form … oh, wait a minute.

No self-denial by individuals is the cause of societal problems which cause problems for individuals, which makes no self-denial a situation of all take and no give. Neither society nor individual can long survive because there aren’t enough islands for sale. You can’t have that, just like you can’t have all give and no take because in the extreme you would soon starve, if you aren't first divorced from other dualistic situations.
