obviously none of the men here have actually talked to a woman or a girl from an islamic country

if you did you would know that in many cases its a lot more than peer pressure

I am saying that some women do not wear the burkha in Saudi Arabia.
DO you have any evidence that there are laws that are actually enforced in this issue?
Wearing clothes has more to do with social propriety and peer pressure than it does with legislation. This is 90% voluntary.
In 1960 it was not possible in the West to wear a mini-skirt. There was no law against it but you would get arrested for being a prostitute.

I think it would be worth looking at some evidence on this. Do you have any.
It is fashionable in the West that we like to think about Islamic countries in this way, but few actually conform to our stereotype of them.
Taken as a whole there are a tiny minority across the length and breath of Islam that participate in this practice, and we tend to ignore our own pressure to conform to dress code in our own culture.
DO you really think I want to wear a tie and a suit? Do you thin it is fair that I can't get a normal job unless I comply with this ridiculous custom?

yes you are correct women have to wear tentlike clothing and cover their hair but exposing their faces is ok unless their husband or father objects

in many islamic countries there are no laws covering clothing that must be worn but if a womans father or husband decides to use violence to force his own views on the subject the police will certainly not intervene

how many women from islamic countries have you actually talked to about this at a guess id say zero
