Haven't you noticed how Gary hates it when others show patronising faux concern for his predicament?
He's mentioned often that he likes complaining on here and telling everyone how 'worthless' he is. He obviously gets some kind of pleasure out of it.
He's a lot more intelligent than you are giving him credit for, and it's a bit rich for a self-confessed psychopath and child molester to be calling anyone else a 'bully'. I actually like Gary. Every time he comes on here with another 'goodbye cruel world' thread or comment I worry about it, but sure enough, there he is the next day, as happy as 'gary'. You could argue that threatening to kill yourself is a form of bullying.
