Go up the shops and purchase natural vegetables, especially dark greens, Kale for example. Natural 100% orange juice, no added sugar. If bread, wholemeal not white. Cut down on sugar intake (*use raw sugar) - DONT purchase "soda". Drink plenty of water and of course, beer (*woops, that's a habit)
GET OUT AND MEET NORMAL PEOPLE - stop going to that "christian" group (*freak club)
Thus - go to a pub and play pool with people, you might get lucky and meet a slut.
For the millionth time, WEEN yourself off the "meds"...they are not addressing the CAUSE.
If weird shit keeps popping into your head, think of something else, like lemon sherbets (*mmm, lemon candy with sherbet inside)...
If more weird shit pops back into your head then think of President Xi Jin Ping Pong sitting on the toilet (*he does!! how hilarious is that!) also, consider Putin on the bog. Soon weird thoughts will vanish like steam off poop.

Do you have pots n pans and a stove\cooker to actually cook REAL food?
I can't say I love veg to a great degree re the taste so do prefer to have stuff to sweeten the deal. Tomorrow I plan to do the cauliflower/broccoli cheese bake, heck, gonna chuck some carrots in too...some mash on the side, much nicer than "microwave TV dinner".
You go on about how little humans have regard for each other, yet are subjecting yourself to the shite that man makes via processed "food" - factory made crap via big corp to make money out of ...mmm...some.
I find chopping veg and cooking very therapeutic, don't you? Maybe join a cooking club, learn to cook if you can't be bothered to teach yourself? (*far more interesting than hanging out in some "christian" freak club)
It feels so good when you put the veg bake in the oven, check the clock and 35-45 mins, yum time. I tend to use parmesan these days in the cheese sauce that I pour over the veg, a bit more bang for your buck. Also, a teaspoon of English mustard gives it a nice twang.
If you just sit on your arse vegetating until you feel like eating, so get a microwave meal and chuck it in the microwave, what sense of accomplishment is that!?
The internet is awesome for recipes. I don't like kale but I will eat it, my dog gets some too mixed in to his kangaroo mince. Yes, will put some kale into my cheese sauce bake too tomorrow
Also, exercise? I do at least an hr walk per day...I hear that there is this place called 'gym' but I have never bothered with that - probably should but not my scene, and boring. I can't run unless I am chasing a ball...a friend of mine does marathons fuk knows why, boring.
Gazza, honestly, sounds like your mind/body is screaming out for NATURAL nature provided good stuff. Exercise & nutrition, wow, I'm no doctor but those shrinks that keep experimenting "meds" on you without getting to what else could be a causal factor, wot a bunch of c$nts, only interested in the kick back they get from pharma...more scum humans right there.

How's the cooking healthy natural food coming along Gazz? Yesterday I made the tastiest bolognaise I have ever made! Simmered it for 2 hrs and wow..got a massive pot left over in the fridge, going to reheat a small amount later n cook some more fettuccine for it, the rest will be put into freezer containers for ron.
It's winter here, so this time of year I cook soups and warm hearty food, stews etc.. Summer is salads and salmon, seafood etc...I think you live in Florida which is pretty much warm/hot all year around so ya, I do like the four seasons we get in Adelaide - it's rather cold atm overcast and rainy, didn't even walk the dog yesterday.

Every time I've been in that hole I've had to dig myself out by making some moves - exercise, no booze & good food WORKS!! The last thing on Earth I'd do is go to some arsehole called a 'doctor' and ask for medication!!!

I'm not on medication voluntarily. I've been put on it by psychiatrists when I've been admitted to mental hospitals. I've tried going off the meds multiple times, and I always end up hospitalized again with a paranoid psychosis, and they just put me on the meds again. You're doing nothing to attempt to make your brain function in a healthy way.
The only reason your brain is malfunctioning is because you are not exercising, eating healthy and pursuing interesting hobbies, social activities..

Honestly, I know both sides of the equation - FAR better than just some nob that went to Uni and got certification to "treat" people- they are clueless.
