That also doesn't work. You can't bring goodwill to a large percentage of current humans ("all") because that can't be made consistent with their nature. You need a deeper intervention, word your prayers more accurately.

If there is a God, and God is omnipotent, then God could bring goodwill to as large a percentage of humans as necessary to bring peace, if not all.
