Dear God:

Post by Gary Childress »

The world is spiraling deeper into what appears to be the beginning of WWIII. Dear God, if you exist, please perform a miracle and pull us all out of this. Please bring peace. Please restore goodwill among all. Amen.

Well, I don't see much to laugh about. A God may be the only being that can save us at this point. I just hope there's one that cares about us humans.

You can't restore something that never was.

That's true. Maybe I should revise it to "please bring goodwill to all." \_('_')_/

That also doesn't work. You can't bring goodwill to a large percentage of current humans ("all") because that can't be made consistent with their nature. You need a deeper intervention, word your prayers more accurately. :)

If there is a God, and God is omnipotent, then God could bring goodwill to as large a percentage of humans as necessary to bring peace, if not all.

God in his genius wisdom chose death.

God got bored with being infinitely everything and living forever. So God committed suicide.

We are the rotting corpse and the fragmented body parts of God’s body.

Such is the suchness of Yummy Life. 😋 yum yum.

Think of this as OUR O BORE US …( ouroboros ) a circular symbol depicting a snake, or less commonly a dragon, swallowing it’s tail, as an emblem of wholeness or infinity.

And so what is the actual 'nature' of 'current humans', exactly?

Not that you will ever answer and clarify.

Let 'us' see if you can actually provide a reasonable answer regarding 'human nature', let alone an accurate answer.

But you human beings are infused with the ability to choose whatever you want to do, for a very good reason, so do not expect any thing to come along and rescue you.

If you cause wars, (pollution or no good), then you were completely free to do so. But, expect the consequences of your, chosen, mis/behaviors.

No thing is going to come along and help and/or rescue you people. Only you can help "yourselves".

So, God's body is infinite and eternal, but somehow it is then concluded that you human beings are the 'rotting corpse' of a dead or dying God.

Human nature yearns to make a perfect moment last forever, which is why folks keep coming back for more.

Dear God:

Would you say that every transmission of one’s own existence is an inferred gift to The Hierarchy of Lords all the way up the chain to God at the top …

… or is every transmission of one’s own existence a petition requesting that a conception of what’s temporary and good, be permanent?

See God didn't commit suicide, God just replied to my comment. Although I wish it didn't.
