It should be no surprise to anyone, that other nations actively engage in the practice of cultural destabilization. One bad actor, the Chinese, practice it almost religiously and even forgo financial loss to do so. A mistake made by a defending country is underestimating just how entrenct these efforts are. For example, it should be no surprise that they target every facet of a culture they can, such as forums.
