Not according to the rules of Lawfare as established by The Democrat Party That Hates America, and enacted by Leticia against Trump, who now has karma knocked on her door with a promise to make her wardrobe orange and black.

According to those rules of lawfare, the seriousness of the accusation is enough to ramp up the machine with the purpose of destroying Trump’s life.

However, the crimes committed by Leticia are rather simple. Her only defense is to say there was some clerical error in the paper trail that proves her fraud. Or maybe she can say she was on medication when she signed those papers.

On a side note, it’s interesting that The Democrats who indiscriminately flooded the country with illegals by the millions, now want a careful, case-by-case review of each individual who is being deported, to the extent that a US senator from Maryland went to El Salvador to petition for the return of a MS13, non-citizen illegal back to the US. He must ostensibly consider all of humanity to be his constituency, but in reality he is likely owned by MS13, which has a notable presence in Maryland due to the policies of The Democrats Who Hate America.
