You people say you do not want to compete, yet you are all competing hard to dominate whatever issue is at hand.

It's difficult not to compete when everyone is competing against each other. Social struggle is a real thing, I suppose.Greatest I am wrote: ↑Thu Apr 03, 2025 2:42 pm You people say you do not want to compete, yet you are all competing hard to dominate whatever issue is at hand.

How about, similar.Gary Childress wrote: ↑Wed Apr 02, 2025 7:04 pmAre we? Aren't we different in some ways too?
We are all similar. (Doesn't have quite the punch of, alike.)

Besides not being the ACTUAL Truth it is also just another EXCUSE to SAY and CLAIM that 'it is difficult not to compete when everyone is competing against each other'.

Tell us, how we can know who our best and brightest are at anything, to without competing for it?
All baby animals will compete against their own for the best tit mother has.

Really?Greatest I am wrote: ↑Sat Apr 05, 2025 2:38 pmI cannot find an example. Any who did not compete for life went extinct.
So, what are ALL new born human babies COMPETING AGAINST, EXACTLY?
1. There is NO NEED TO KNOW who is the so-called 'best' and/or so-called 'brightest' at ANY thing. So, HOW you know who are the so-called 'best' or so-called 'brightest' at ANY particular time, is through so-called 'competition' is of NO REAL CONCERN, as, let 'us' NOT FORGET ALL of them can and, most likely, will ALWAYS be so-called 'beaten' by someone ELSE, at some time in the 'future'.Greatest I am wrote: ↑Sat Apr 05, 2025 2:38 pm Tell us, how we can know who our best and brightest are at anything, to without competing for it?
2. That some of you older human beings were TAUGHT, to BELIEVE, that there is some sort of NEED for competing and/or competition is just ANOTHER PRIME example of the ABUSE and Wrong TEACHING you all went through as children.
For human beings, in the days when this is being written, there is NO NEED whatsoever for 'competition' in Life, and if ANY one BELIEVES there is, then this just MORE PROOF OF False TEACHINGS being LEARNED.
By the way there is NO ACTUAL 'best' NOR 'brightest' BECAUSE being the so-called 'best' or or so-called 'brightest' can ALWAYS BE so-called 'beaten'.
So, if there is less than or equal to the number of tits of the mother, then what are those animal babies allegedly and supposedly competing FOR, EXACTLY? If you were born alone or as a twin, then what were you competing FOR, EXACTLY?Greatest I am wrote: ↑Sat Apr 05, 2025 2:38 pm All baby animals will compete against their own for the best tit mother has.
Also, let 'us' NOT FORGET do most mothers allow ONLY 'the one/s' who so-call 'compete' 'the most' or 'the best' TO LIVE, and ALLOW 'the rest' TO DIE? For example if "your" 'mother' had triplets would "your" 'mother' ALLOWED some of you TO DIE if you were NOT 'the best'?

When more than one person applies for a single job, then it causes competition. When two people run in a marathon and one wins a gold medal and the other does not, it causes competition. When two persons of one sex see a single person of the opposite sex that they would like very much to mate with, they compete for that single person's affection. That causes competition. Siblings of parents compete for their parent's praise and attention, and they can get jealous or resentful toward their siblings if they think mom or dad favors the other sibling more. That is an example of competition. If there are only 20 tickets left in town to a movie that everyone wants to see, that causes competition.Age wrote: ↑Sun Apr 06, 2025 12:17 amWould you like to give an example/s of so-called 'competing for life' in regards to you human beings?

The same as your goal and what you are competing here for; to be recognized as the fittest.
Exactly what we all do and compete for from birth on. Know thyself.

To be fair, why do you say the "root" of all human against human evil is inadvertently caused by women? Surely, men contribute too. Why are women a "root" of evil and men are not?Greatest I am wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 1:43 amWe all compete one way or another every day.Gary Childress wrote: ↑Sun Apr 06, 2025 1:34 amWhen more than one person applies for a single job, then it causes competition. Re: "Sin: The Path to Excellence"
OBVIOUSLY 'that' IS A COMPETITION. Which, ALSO OBVIOUSLY, you human beings HAVE CREATED. BUT, 'that' is OBVIOUSLY NOT 'competing FOR life'.Gary Childress wrote: ↑Sun Apr 06, 2025 1:34 amWhen more than one person applies for a single job, then it causes competition.
ONCE AGAIN, If you LOOK AT, ONLY, the ACTUAL WORDS that I SAY, WRITE, and USE, here, and again 'THOSE WORDS', ONLY, and if you DO SO WITHOUT ASSUMING ANY thing, and WITHOUT PRE-EXISTING BELIEFS, then you CAN, and WILL, REPLY TO, ONLY, what I HAVE SAID and/or ASKED.
'Competing for A job' is CERTAINLY NOT and NEVER COULD BE 'competing for life'.
So, would ANY one, here, like to give example/s' of ACTUAL so-called 'competing for life', in regards to you human beings?
"gary childress" WHY DO you SAY and WRITE some of the MOST OBVIOUS things, IN Life, here, IN A philosophy forum of ALL PLACES?Gary Childress wrote: ↑Sun Apr 06, 2025 1:34 am When two people run in a marathon and one wins a gold medal and the other does not, it causes competition.
To you, is there ANY one, here, who does NOT think or know that you human beings have MADE and CREATED 'competitions' in regards to 'running races' or in regards to 'applying for jobs'?
you OBVIOUSLY DID NOT READ ANS SEE THE ACTUAL WORDS THAT I WROTE AND USED, here, CORRECT?Gary Childress wrote: ↑Sun Apr 06, 2025 1:34 am When two persons of one sex see a single person of the opposite sex that they would like very much to mate with, they compete for that single person's affection.
