You realize, of course, that this irascible creature, who can barely get the words out, is lying through his teeth which must be frustrating for someone as enlightened as you!

Obviously you don’t speak Donkey because he burst out with the most blood curdling litany of obscene invectives directly against the loathsome Donald!

I was going to translate but they’d have banned me.

I try to listen to all sides. You know, to maintain balance.

...the crescendo of this is not what I voted for getting louder by the day

...why is there a rising crescendo of this is not what we voted for!
Er, that there wailin' is comin' from folks who voted for Harris, so -- yeah -- technically you're right.

Amongst RED MAN DEFIANT voters, supporters, etc. there's no such crescendo, just schadenfreude.

Could it be I misunderstood the blood-curdling ramblings of Herr donkey? Could I have committed a gross injustice by grossly impugning his character? Knowing that my honesty is assuredly equal to his, I'm forced to confess my own faux pas and commit to a penance and purification routine that will wipe my scandalous and scurrilous accusations of his character forever clean.

I thank thee for the corrections of my egregious mea culpa! May Herr donkey forgive me!

"CDU-Chef Friedrich Merz möchte mit Frankreich, Großbritannien und anderen Verbündeten über ein europäisches System nuklearer Abschreckung verhandeln."

We'll see if Germany will build nukes of its own. Hard to tell, I think it's more likely than not that Germany will request it and France and the UK will agree to it. Don't know. It's what you wanted Mr. Putin and Mr. Trump.

I think I disagree, I think Europe and especially countries such as Germany were patient, they went the noble way, they were hoping for a peaceful era for humanity, even if the chances of that happening were very small. Unfortunately it looks like it's not happening.

Trump threatens sanction on Russia for "pounding" Ukraine ... then folds within hours.

I think I begin to see a little better. To understand the psychological pressures you people appear to be under. I cannot of course say that I am not in the same boat however, I just happen to be closer to the captains quarters and have seen the charts and maps.

Your world is being turned upside down. And you do not have very much of an idea why this is happening do you? So, reactively, you instinctively and habitually turn back to older patterns of analysis, of understanding, and try to see through lenses that will not provide adequate focus of the movements and images that are passing in front if you.

If you are “philosophers” your philosophizing is a joke! Really. Literally you are playing with your man-things in a childish rehearsal, theatrical intellectual masturbation sessions. It is embarrassing!

(I am making a larger reference to the low quality of thought I notice more broadly and to no one specifically, though I admit that I could implicate a few who so childishly refer to themselves as “philosophers” and whose heads are right up their asses…)

Even in that world the ground is shifting, has shifted.

I’ve always said “I am here for my own purposes”. I have no other choice! No one of you has any idea at all what is going on. Yet you bellow like Eddie the Donkey.

Do not blame yourselves for that! Cut open a rotten orange and strange putrescent fluids flow out. That fluid has relevancy in the sense that it will be broken down by enzymes and eventually become part of new growth, new structures.

Let yourselves die with noble dignity!

Dubious, Dubious, Dubious, you say you want to “get back to the business at hand” …

… but you do not know what that business is!

That is my work here.

You don't do any "philosophizing". All you ever do is talk about the posters, the Trump supporters, the Trump opponents ... their psychology, their motivations, their fears.

Things Have Changed

Well, my interests are not specifically directed to some particular philosophy as such. What interests and moves me are contemporary cultural events and, as I put it, “what is going on right now”.

You are the subjects of my study & interest! Don’t you get it?

That is what we have to talk about Phyllo! It is us, here, grappling with everything going on and our own psyches as the mediators, the experiencers, the participants.

This wouldn't necessarily be bad, but he rarely gets things right. Then again he spends most of his time in a higher dimension we aren't privy to, maybe he does know better heh-heh.
