To me, contrary to the popular belief in what some called the early 21st century there were not 'many minds' nor was there any one with their 'own mind'.

How does this 'One Mind' know it's One Mind ?

In conjunction with 'the brain', and because of how the brain, EXACTLY, works.

See, it is only through the human brain, here, and it's ability to grasp and retain 'knowledge', that 'I', and/or the One Mind, CAME-TO-KNOW 'thy Self'.

Through evolution 'I' was able to create a biological computer, which is also known as the 'human brain', which works exactly like how a computer does. That is, gather, and store, information and/knowledge, and then express this stored information and/or knowledge.

The brain, also like a computer, having the ability to add two or more bits of previously obtained knowledge or information TOGETHER is what allows further new and/or more knowledge to 'come-to-light', which can then be expressed to, and thus shared with and among the other biological computers labelled, and named and called, brains.

How does 'One Mind' know how to communicate this One Mind to become known to itself?

Again, through the brain.

Also, to communicate with other brains is just a very natural and normal instinctive process. There is NO 'conscious learning NOR knowing' in order to just do this.
