There were however a series of posts, I forgot where, in which he wrote moving prose (no capitals mind you) about one of his first childhood toys: a red fire engine with an extending ladder and a hose that actually squirted. I thought it was quite touching. But I might be getting soft.

The reason physicists can not comprehend is because they are just like religionists. They both, by definition, have a very narrow way of looking at things. They both twist the definitions of words into a terminology that best suits either ones already held very narrow world view.
