Pure Determinism Necessitates a Cessation of Existence

Post by Eodnhoj7 »

A purely deterministic universe would be effectively incoherent as the inherent cyclical nature of repetitive patterns would effectively lead to a rigid circle where no progress would be achievable as no perceivable change would occur.

The spontaneity of experience would evaporate, and with it the percievable world with it, as there would be no gaps or inherent emptiness from things to spring forth. This hypermonism would eliminate any percievable patterns as every detail would be indistinguishable from another as the inherent connection of everything would leave nothing but a blank space where not even a ripple could occur. The purest pattern would occur in a complete determinism as effectively nothingness as the perfect unity for one thing is not seperate from another.

Thus with complete unity nothing is distinguishable leaving order as a irresolute concept that is meaningless given the inherent lack of distinction and asymmetry leaves nothing but an abyss. Pure order contains and has no contrast allowing for distinction in itself as a concept and within itself as a process. Without asymmetric distinction order cannot occur, and under these terms pure determinism has no grounds.
