Does Western Civilization lack cohesion? And is cohesion always a good thing?
It seems like the West had cohesion during the period of the Enlightenment and the rest of the world experienced colonialism as a result. Does Islam have cohesion now and, if so, what will be the consequences of it?

There's a difference between cohesion (having common values) and group think (following un questioningly the same leader).
