Mexico for example has allowed mass migration to the US so that it does not have to develop itself economically nor devote energy to solving its own social and economic issues.

I definitely agree that a social ethic that *encourages* people to reverse-migrate could have, maybe will have, harsh elements, but one must keep larger perspectives in view. The preservation of *European culture* by indigenous populations is what is at stake.
