What Facts are not Contingent to a FS?

My principle is:
Whatever is a fact, real, exists, knowledge, objective is contingent upon a human-based [collective-of-subjects] framework and system [FS]. The scientific FS is the gold standard of credibility and objectivity.

Can anyone show me which fact, truth, real, exists, knowledge, objective] is not contingent upon a human-based [collective-of-subjects] framework and system [FS] explicitly or implicitly?

The FS is the basic structure which is extended to a FSER [Emergence and Realization of Reality] and FSK [Knowledge and Description].

That is only 'generally speaking' but specifically, the above point is very contentious where philosophical realism claims "facts are [absolutely] independent of belief and of knowledge and opinion" whereas philosophical antirealism [Kantian] oppose philosophical realism.
