Netanyahu is a hardline conservative who has been promoting Israeli settlements in the West Bank, against UN resolutions.

No. I don't hate Kazakhs. I don't know any Kazakhs or much about Kazakastan to form an opinion from. I do know that an American couple, who were biking in the country, were murdered there some years ago, so I would probably be reluctant to go there.
