You are only looking at yourself. There is no one outside of you to understand you. So, for you, there is nothing to understand.
You are the source of all knowledge. When 'one thing' is known; every thing is known, because you are this 'known one thing'.
You are already this immediate knowing; there is no other knowing outside of this present immediacy.
You cannot prove that other (You's) exist. You can only project others from within you. All projections of an external world are reflections that do not exist outside of you, projections are not real. No more than the 'characters' moving around on a TV screen are real.
