Not bizarre, just pointing out the double standards. Countries have invaded and been invaded since the year dot. Just because the British were the best at it in more recent years doesn't mean they should be the only ones accused of it.accelafine wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 2:34 amBizarre comment. Anyway, England is still at it and it's allegedly a civilised country. There's no excuse.attofishpi wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 2:23 am..and I bet you're not Māori (ya know, the Polynesians that invaded what is now New Zealand)accelafine wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 2:14 am Good. Serves you right for being a warmongering arsehole of a country that can't help invading other people's countries.![]()
Most countries "invaded" members of the Commonwealth when their citizens have a referendum whether to remain as part of the Commonwealth, they usually vote to remain. (note: they get to vote because Britain instituted democracy within their nations)
The ones that don't remain often lose their democracy and become corrupt shitholes.

What about all the invasions in the Middle East? The 'weapons of mass destruction' bullshit? Yes, humans colonised, that's why there are humans on every inch of land mass. That's not the same thing at all and you know it. The US and GB have destroyed the relative stability of the ME and given us the radical islamism that we see today.attofishpi wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 2:59 amNot bizarre, just pointing out the double standards. Gathering evidence requires effort, so I obviously don't have any.attofishpi wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 1:58 amHarbal wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 1:52 amWhat's that got to do with anything? It's not like I'm supporting or defending the leaders of the mainstream parties, or anyone else.attofishpi wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 1:41 am
Well I'll tell you what, you make as big a list as you can about everything dishonest that Farage has said or done and I'll probably be able to triple the size of that list with any leader of the two mainstream parties.
If I could let you in on it, it wouldn't be beyond me, would it?So show me Harbal, let me in on that thang that is "..beyond me."
You stated: "Why you think a man like Farage can be trusted is beyond me."
So two things I would like from you 1. Why you think Farage cannot be trusted. 2. Does your 'beyond me' statement mean I am lacking evidence that you must clearly be privy to?
I provided no evidence in the first place, so how can I do it again? So, again provide the evidence as to why I should lack trust in Farage.

What makes you think that Nigel Farage cannot be trusted?
Re: Keir Starmer is betraying Britain.
I have formed an impression of the man from his behaviour, particularly his conduct in the European Parliament. I'm not infallible, I could be wrong, but I trust my intuition more than I trust Farage.attofishpi wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 8:17 amSo why do you make the statement?Harbal wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 8:06 amGathering evidence requires effort, so I obviously don't have any.attofishpi wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 1:58 am You stated: "Why you think a man like Farage can be trusted is beyond me."
