Meditations on Simplicity and the Illusion of Moral Values

The only thing that separates us is circumstance, under the appropriate circumstances we are all the best and worst of each other.
To cut another down is to cut down a part of yourself.

The old ways are now entertainment to us.

Master one thing and you will see that thing in everything.

There was a man who had a woman who would follow him around in admiration. The man ignored her until one day he broke down and confessed his love to her. She ran away.

Time makes us vulnerable and with this vulnerability comes revelation.

Beasts act according to impulse, the current mode of the world is to cater to impulse rather than outgrow it.
Reality is supposed to be what way? According to what standard?

You can be angry at, fear or generally be averted to the void, nothingness, but all it will do is magnify these things for that is what you brought.
Everyone thinks their own faith and philosophy is correct and those who don’t think they are correct in this line of thought.

People will believe anything when they are desperate enough. Desperation is the foundation of most people’s beliefs.

People seek warmth and will do anything, whether become a slave or debase themselves, to get it. But when they do these things it rarely lasts or is given.

The love of man is fickle, there is little value in it. It is a waste of time seeking it.

If you enjoy time with someone or doing something enjoy it for it will not last, nothing is owed to us and it is a grave mistake to think that it is.

Fools and wisemen are the way they are because people misunderstand them.

The center of a thing is the nothingness from which it is brought forth. Our values are the centers of our thoughts and action.

We deem those who share the same values as us as sane and rational.

What is convenient for the moment often times causes more unnecessary suffering.

Our blood carries behaviors from generation to generation and these behaviors determine how we conceptualize the world around us and label things “good” and “evil”. The first ones of our race made this distinction for us and with it came the original sin we now carry. The price? A loss of simplicity and with it the loss of clarity in mind and heart.

For thousands of years sex has been open to procreation within simpler peoples. To reduce it to pleasure disharmonizes it from the natural order.

How we approach weakness determines our strength.

It’s the spontaneity of deep insight which gives wisdom its rich meaning, nothingness then somethingness.

No matter how good or evil you are someone will call you the opposite.

The foundational stone to a society is to point to those outside of it and say “there is something lesser about them because they are not like us”.
You can say anything if you can get people to laugh when you do it.

Morality is transient, as transient it is an illusion. Conditioned upon values, with values conditioned upon fleeting thoughts and feelings, morality is fundamentally without substance like passing clouds in an open sky. Clinging, rooted in a desire for something fixed, is what allows morality to occur…even though it is just an empty image of how we feel and think things should be. Simplicity is how things occur when conditions are reduced or stripped away and this simplicity is the ingenuity of being where things just “are” or “just occur”. With morality comes conflict and tension of the various sorts as the distraction of right and wrong brings a boundary which limits us. The desires and appetites of the various sorts and degrees gives root to the conflict that comes with said distinctions and as such there is nothing simple or genuine about them as they drive us to make more and more judgements that multiply into more and more conditions that manifest into a compounded way of things that breeds chaos and delusion. Simplicity is not a morality, as there are no distinctions within it, no right wrong but rather degrees of reduction. All morality is rooted in desire with desire and distinction being synonymous.

Simplicity is the process of releasing conditions for contentment, desires multiply conditions and with it delusion.

Simplicity has no morality as morality has with it distinctions and ways of being based on conditions. Morality manifests forms and actions, simplicity reduces form an action.

No need to resort to entertainment to divert the thoughts when existence is entertainment.

We are the only meaning the world has.

With perfect order comes perfect harmony, with perfect harmony nothing stands out and hence nothing exists.
The world is at war with nothingness, this war is eternal but within it is an emptiness.

The world’s ways are ones of exploitation centered on a desire to grasp unrepeatable experiences we do not want to go away.
To story of the soul is in blood.

Words transmute consciousness.

Faith can be predetermined.

Don’t try to find what is deep in your heart, if you learn to let go it will naturally appear. Let go of what appears and don’t be afraid for the pain is only temporary.

Meaning is that which directs us towards a things completion either internally or externally. Completion is dissolution for a completed thing can no longer progress and the absence of progression is the absence of manifesting more and more boundaries and limits. No more limits, no more thingness.

With morality comes conflict, doing what one wants is a morality.

Meditation and simplicity are synonymous as both allow thing to occur without force in their own natural time and space.
The modern world is neither simple nor genuine as conditions are forced and with these forced conditions comes a desire induced complexity and delusion.

There is no morality to simplicity, simplicity is not a thing for if simplicity where a thing it is just an act of reduction that occurs in layers and grades.

Complexity results in conflict, conflict destroys, destruction reduces things. Complexity is self defeating as complexity is dependent upon things.
Meaning is found in that which allows one to move beyond and release the boundaries inherent within a false sense of self. The modern world is meaningless because of its self-indulgence and idolization of one’s desires and ambitions, things of which one has no control over thus exacerbating a sense of powerlessness.

There is a vagueness to simplicity as the simple thing exhibits a sense of mystery of how it could even occur.
What sense does it make to make sense of the world, what does it change and even if it did how can we make sense of the change?
People want distraction because distractions make life easy, distractions also bring on weakness and with it more unnecessary suffering.
Problems can multiply when we assign unnecessary meaning to things.

When you become simple you become authentic and with authenticity comes freedom of heart and mind.
Desire complicates things.

There was, is and will be a sea of great people. If you count yourself as one of them don’t view yourself as so great.
Psychosis can be the beginning of the answer, what brings it on is its own act of questioning.
Advertising is a medium which pulls at and create desire within us.

Everyone has an image of what the world was, is and should be and yet we barely get a glimpse of eachother’s visions. These barely seen images form the world we know. The world as we know it is always a horizon.

That which is simple underlies a multitude of things as simplicity is foundational in nature. The simple act of chopping wood not only trains one to obviously chop wood, but strengthens the body, teaches tension and release of tension in one’s energy, provides proper foundations for lifting, teaches one to strike with the hands or with weapons, and also how to empty the mind while keeping it focused and one pointed. This simple act while only one thing underlies many seemingly different things. Simplicity allows for versatility and adaptability while reducing the confusion of complexity as the simple unites.

The more distinct something becomes the more it stands apart, the more it stands apart the more contradictions, the more contradictions the more obscure, the more obscure the less distinct.

Nothingness is simple. To empty oneself is to reduce selfishness. To act selflessly actions naturally harmonize. Perfect harmony is nothingness as things cannot be made distinct considering they naturally flow through eachother and do not stand apart.

The one is no different from the void. Absolute unity is the same as nothingness for both have no distinctions. This is the purity of simplicity.
The absolute cannot change for it would not be absolute. All things changes as all things are dependent upon conditions aligning for their existence. When conditions no longer align the thing dissolves. Nothing is absolute, nothingness is absolute.
Only the ignorant look for contentment outside of the themselves, only the ignorant see the self.

We are overcome by what we are not aware of and we know so little.

Imagination is a spirit which drives action.

We may make our fats but we don’t make what drives us to make our fate.

Complexity is a very simple thing; it is a concept.

How we say something is the language, what underlies it are our words.

Things appear random until we are aware everything is connected by the action of existence.

Silence is one of the central mysteries to existence. How to achieve it the wise cannot say.

Simplicity can overcome any adversity.

Reducing the self is to become simple.

The only thing that stops us from becoming the very worst monsters we see in the world is a thinner than thread hair line call “circumstance”.
Love, be it filial, romantic or of something greater than us, is nothing more than an idea in our heads and as such can be claimed as imaginary.
“God” is just another word for “that which is beyond existence”. “That which is beyond existence” is fundamentally nothingness as existence cannot be beyond itself would being existence and thus no longer beyond itself. To be beyond existence is to say the same as non-existent.
Stimulation of the senses is an opioid to the disease called desire.

The modern loves, of the various sorts, are just a way of putting things in a box. The are the possession of ideas about who or what a person is to us or should be and rarely what the person actually is. All of this is very entertaining to us thus why the term “love” is slapped onto every form of marketing and entertainment.

You never know how dark the world is until a person or persons tell you that you are a beacon of light. This person or person’s is just a shadow you created like all light creates.

We only deam strange what is foreign to us, what is foreign to us we are ignorant of, to accept things as they are makes them more familiar.
We point out sinners because it alleviates our own guilt, making the distinction of sinner is the sacrificial blade to cut to the heart of our own incompetence.

Symbolism is the algebra of ancient times, the subconscious is ancient.

There is a fearlessness from awareness, there is also one from ignorance.

To neglect an awareness of our origins is to create the great serpent of conditionality which will strangle us for our ineptness.

People will prize desolation when there is too much abundance, this is the subconscious truth of conflict because conflict is the act of reduction.
What we see in the darkness can possess us for in the dark that thing is all we know.

Complexity is a vast amount of simple things that appear disconnected, this appearance is very simple.

Reality is beyond what we intend for it to be.

A heavy heart is one attached to the things of the world.

To control others control their imagination, to control yourself imagine nothing. Our imaginations control us.
If you are blinded by the darkness but are aware that you are blind you are no blind but see the light.

In regards to getting what one desires how can the achievement of the desire thing be said to make one happy when one has no control over what they desire hence cannot claim that is who they really are?

Desire is a false sense of oneself as we have no control over what we desire; our sense of self is that which we have control.
To keep a simple and genuine mind and heart reduce desire as to act upon desire is to force a reality that fits our own subjective states thus furthering contradiction and conflict as noone’s subjective state is the same.

We only seek to fulfill desire in an effort to release it but in doing so we condition ourselves upon things we further seek more and more of. With this come complexity of character as our desire invoked actions compound our characters and creates an internal absence of harmony.
Feeling an intuition cannot be the basis for morality as feeling an intuition differ across people thus making morality synonymous to conflict.
The tighter the grasp the more things slip through until there is nothing left to grasp.

Past and future are bridged the simpler a moment is to us.

Efficiency is a desire driven viewpoint centered on getting what is wanted, efficiciency does not necessitate harmony.
Sometimes the only thing that satisfies a deep thirst is sweat and tears. Anguish drives men.

Awareness connects all things it simplifies.

We are formed by an ocean of voices within and without. From words comes forms, this is existence.
Fate is determined by the heart, empty the heart.

True sight is to see the act of seeing. Seeing is inseperable from translucent light.

Wolves lose innocence when killing sheep, that is why they are wolves.

Pain partly exists because of belief.

The only thing faster than the progress of today is our thoughts and feelings.

Utopias are fundamentally imaginary in nature as time and space either dictate that they are non-existence or transitory. To build a utopia world is to create a disharmony as each person’s utopia is subjective and subjective states do not align otherwise they would not be subjective.
In nothingness there is no difference and where there is no difference there is simplicity.

The deepest desire is fundamentally the act of holding.

Rights and values appear and disappear over time and fundamentally have no more substance than a bubble. They are thought construction thus imaginary.

Conflict results from the idea there is a right way to do things. We view the pursuit of our desires as the right way of doing things.
Many have been murdered and killed in the name of human rights and the assumed value of human life.

It is stated among many that life has value but there is not a fixed foundation for this assertion.

Evil people often twist reality. Good people are often inept at maintaining it.

If you lose your softness of heart then you have lost everything.

Conflict occurs because of values.

The more you “know” the less you know.

The impulse for food, status, wealth and sex makes one weak when no moderated. Ambition, a child of greed, is the root of this suffering.
Stillness, clarity, silence and selflessness are treasures worth amassing. Practicing balance helps develop these as balance levels the illusions which manifest these things.

Look at what you can’t let go of and wittle away at it by understanding its nature.

“God give me the wisdom to be aware of the nature of things and the strength to maintain a still mind and heart regardless of the beauty and horrors I see.”

Things are only as easy or hard as we perceive them to be. Stop judging and things become what they are.

Who we really are is not a thing that can be held or grasped at. We are not things if truly see for what we are, we are not even a “what”.
We become more aware when we know our desolation. Desolation is the beginning and end of awareness.

Perfect equality within and between peoples is an illusion due to the spontaneously subjective experiences of the individual that inherently grants distinctions that are fundamentally unequal by nature.

Awareness of the futility of existence naturally steers one to a state of simplicity to reduce a vain complexity that births meaningless chaos.
A purely compassionate attitude is an extreme that takes away simplicity thus resulting in tyranny. A purely cruel attitude is an extreme that takes away simplicity thus resulting in a tyranny. The balance of compassion and cruelty, through moderation, results in genuine simplicity.

To stay focused one must pay attention to the action they are committing to in the appropriate time and space in which the action must take place. When the context of that time and space dissolves so to must the action and the focus on it. With the introduction of a new context of time and space comes the introduction of a new action hence a new object of focus. Focus is contextual and with it an inherent fluidity of mind, heart and body must occur.

The cool moonlight of dispassion guides our footsteps along the darkest of nights so that we do not trip or fall.

One of words faces pushing a boulder uphill only to see it roll down again when attempting to put reality into a speech or dissertion.
The act of sacrifice can free us.

Childhood ends with one’s first personal sacrifice.

One day a sacrifice of all that is known must be made.

The cruelest thing is to cut down one’s or another’s sense of self, it is also the kindest thing to do.

The creation of meaning is the creation of a god and with it subservience.

Life is a process of letting go or rather release, this process is a mystery.

Sometimes when people speak of the will of God they are speaking of their own. Sometimes when they speak of God they are speaking of themselves.

Sometimes within getting what we don’t want is a lesson that needs to be learned.

Generally when few things happen in life small things seem big, with a lot big things seem small.

An aspect of God is just the nature of movement, God can be found in just the simple actions of walking an breathing.

The negation of the self is the experience of God.

“God” is just a word for a deeply profound experience. People have a multitude of gods as they have a multitude of experiences that leave deep and profound impression. To idolize an experience is to create a false god as all idols are relative to a set of circumstances subject to change, with this impermanence comes change and with change a sense of falsity due to an illusiveness.

A person is an amalgamation of circumstances burnt away as a sacrifice on the altar of time.

To find happiness don’t seek or grasp after it.

Simplicity is beyond virtue, desire is the darkest vice. There is nothing darker or more disorienting than the desire to be loved.
To overcome the abyss one must let it be.

If you cling to memories for comfort you already forgot the truth, if you cling to the future for hope you are already enveloped in despair.
Letting go is natural when you accept you are in the process of dying. With the absence of attachment comes of the absence of fear, mortality can be viewed as a gift.

The absence of change results in dissolution, yet without dissolution there is no change.

People will argue their points to the ends of the earth and at the ends of the earth everything is quiet.

One’s reality is guided by the heart and its attachments and fears.

Beauty and horror are determined by what we value.

People rationalize off of feeling. People feel off of rationalization.

Ideals have to be forced because the world is not ideal. As forced they do not last.

Belief is the fundamental God of many.

It is not reasonable to be reasonable with the unreasonable.

One’s reality is guided by the heart’s attachments and fears.

The trap of the world is that is presents us beautiful things we want to hold on to.

The modern world reduced the simplicity of communal meals and labor and with it feelings of purpose and meaning eroded.

Order is spontaneous, it just appears from nothing.

Stare into the darkness long enough and you will see the darkness as darkness, from this experience comes light.

To be aware of your own ignorance is a simple and direct path to wisdom.

Suffering is just a synonym to the removal of the false sense of self; this occurs in layers like an onion. One must not run from suffering if they are to have a clear heart and a clear mind. With the absence of self comes an absence of suffering.

To live abundantly embrace desolation as one would embrace an old friend.

Excess and extremes makes one blind to the whole picture.

The pursuit of pleasure and the avoidance of pain puts the soul in a prison.

To see that which is see through and has no quality is to see the soul. One only has to pay attention to the origins of one’s thoughts and feelings to gain this true self-awareness. Transparency does not lead to the truth, it is the truth.

Moderation allows for a time and place for all things and is not an act of force; extremes do not allow for all things and is forced.
Sometimes our thoughts and emotions make us blind.

Sometimes pain is magnified by the fact it is not unique to us, sometimes it is magnified by the fact it is unique to us. The same occurs for pleasure. Either way pain and pleasure gain their meaning by how we perceive our connectedness to others.
Greatness is no longer great when it becomes familiar.

The ups and downs of life eventually balance each other out leaving a state of meaninglessness. Even the perception of meaninglessness has its ups and down which follow this same leveling process. Without meaning a thing is complete as it no longer leads to something else.
Fools and wisemen share the same problem of few listening to them.

What we know of other’s is only within our own minds.

If you lost your soulmate then obviously that person is not your soulmate otherwise you will still be mates. The fact that we change over time implies a soulmate is not a fixed thing.

Grasping for new experiences shows a discontentment that a new experience might not fix.

When we find the cause of something we only observe a layer of reality and there are multiple layers.

To pursue something until completely exhausted reveals the nature of said thing. The aging process does this as well but slower.
To gain a diverse understanding of things master one very simple thing. Mastery may take a lifetime.

Truth is easier to forget than untruth. Why? Because it is so subtle.

One must become a woodcutter and cut down the tree of knowledge when it no longer bears good fruits in within you. Then it must be further chopped up for firewood to feed the fire of your own awareness. To cut down this tree when it produces no more good fruit is the same as a warrior cutting down a demon with his sword. In this the “peaceful woodcutter” and the “violent warrior” are both the same thing.

Internal and external darkness must be faced not by acquiring bravery but rather by letting go of fear. Heaven belongs to those who let go, hell is for those who grasp.

Morality becomes an illusion when one becomes aware that things just are.

The simple and genuine are not separate from God.

Time is the water one uses to cultivate the mind and heart. Time washes away the impulses which dirty our hands as we dig within our own soil of baseness.

Our attachments filter our perceptions, how we see the world. This nature of perception is synonymous to our ability to make judgements or distinctions. Our attachments affect how we see the world and how we see the world creates the world for to see is to create a boundary or rather a sense of order.

Order dissolves by our grasping after it for in doing so we crush it in our hand, leaving it to run through our fingers. All that is left is a clenched fist, the beginning and end of destruction.

When things are complete they dissolve as completion means a thing can no longer progress and without progression no adaptation, without change a thing ceases to be. Absolute completion is the same as nothingness.

Observing the vast ocean of experiences in the world gives an impression of chaos, whether or not this impression is true it is still a part of the vast ocean of experiences.

What we know of others pleasure or pain is rooted in our imagination. Even the memory of an experience that we use to connect to someone else’s endeavor can be tainted or enhanced by imagination over time.

We are the heroes and villains of our own stories.

Sometimes the imagination is richer than the senses. Sometimes what we sense is there only to feed the imagination.
God is the ultimate simplicity because God is not a thing with distinctions to be grasped.

The experience of God is the experience of wholeness. Everything is the same as nothing. A vacuum is not nothing, it is a vacuum.

Discipline is the practice of focus, focus is the practice of moving beyond oneself, the practice of moving beyond oneself is the act of letting go of oneself. Letting go of oneself is the freedom and with freedom comes clarity of mind and heart. Clarity is translucence as pure translucence is the ultimate simplicity. Be one pointed.

To achieve simplicity let go of distinctions.

Help others knowing it will not solve all their issues, blunt the knife edge of life so the wound it causes in not as deep or irreparable.
Mortality gives evidence to the futility of grasping.

There is a time and place to destroy; there is a time and place to be destroyed.

The most ruthless man is the not the violent man but the man of peace for without attachment he knows objectivity and is not swayed by passion, what can be colder than this?

Many people want absolutes for it gives stability within the storm of life but fundamentally gives something to hold on to. In these respects absolutes are an act of grasping after reality as they are derived from wants. People forget that at the center of the storm of life is stillness and what we grasp slips through our fingers and in these respects, at the spiritual level, absolutes are futile.

The modern world values catering to one’s impulses and yet we have no control over what impulses occur.

A great barrier is overcome when one faces the desolation of not being understood or accepted.

Memory makes an instant feel like an eternity.

Reality is no more and no less than things appearing and disappearing within the limits of our experience as an experience.

Paying attention to a thing, such as a situation, and being aware of what it is and is not is balance.

Rituals are merely created tools to reorient one’s perspective.

The shadow of true goodness and light is an evil and darkness so thick it is almost material in its limits.

The act of sacrifice progresses our simplicity and genuineness as we reduce a part of ourselves, stripping away a layer of what we like and dislike by losing it, and in doing so we become simpler and more authentic.

Discipline is focus and focus is sacrifice as our awareness sees beyond layers of the self.

Meditate in silent darkness so that your demons may appear and you may become aware of what unconsciously influences you.

Pleasure and pain limit us as we make distinctions within ourselves when influenced by them, in this we lose our simplicity.

In real love and real hatred we move past ourselves, these things in their true natures are not limited to emotion alone, as a matter of fact they are not emotions at all but rather a choice in how to approach a thing or things.

To be attached to a great success is a great failure.

To become simple and genuine reduce your attachments. You will always have attachments but the persons or things you are attached to will become more valuable and meaningful thus act as tools for you to go beyond yourself.

One thing existing under a thousand different circumstances is no longer one thing yet these thousand different circumstances become one thing.
Sometimes being destroyed frees a person. Sometimes destroying what we hold most dear frees a one. Usually this thing is a perception of some sort as “rose colored glasses” naturally distort the vision.

Cut everything and everyone down, including yourself if you must, and whatever or whomever you cannot cut down then that experience is the beginning of knowing.

If you have to hold on to your “peace” then you are not at peace.

To trust the judgements of the multitude will lead to purposeless suffering.

God moves in a desolate heart, there is nothing simpler than desolation. Darkness is the womb from which light is given birth. The darkest storm brings forth the brightest lightning and yet there is a translucent space between these two things.

God is God because God let go of being God, do the same.

Order is repetition of qualities, disorder is the absence of the repetition of qualities, neither can occur without the other as both occur through the other. Repetition requires a new time and space through which qualities can occur, disorder is the repetition of qualities of absence.

One has to face their demons alone but when they do God will merge with that person. The only way to conquer these demons is to let go of who you think and feel you are.

Ambition, fear and anger are weaknesses. To face the darkness of the relativity of things you must let go of them. Approach this abyss with an open hand and not a clenched fist and you will hold what cannot be held.

Self-discipline requires sacrifice, sacrifice leads to freedom. To focus on anyone thing is the beginning of discipline.

Focus requires moderation, otherwise the thing you focus on owns you. To go to one extreme or another is to lose discipline.

In the utter most depths of hell there is an infinite ocean of complete darkness where every atom in you is torn apart only to be put back together and torn apart again.

To much logic will eventually require mysticism. To much mysticism will eventually require logic. Eventually one must allow the two to merge. Neither is an answer on its own terms. Logic comes from the mind, mysticism comes from the heart. Both influence eachother to one degree or another.

Relativity is the trap, all things are relative.

Time is the fire which burns away all things.

Where are beliefs are not the result of conditions they are a result of spontaneity.

To develop a pure mind and a pure heart is to develop an interior freedom.

A spirit is merely the irrational which drives an action or thought. In these respects we live in a very spiritual reality regardless of whether or not it is good or evil.

A simple life eradicates the notions of good and evil. Look at the story of Adam and Eve and the simplicity of their lives before eating of the tree of knowledge of good and evil where the first complexity inducing distinction was made.

To reduce reality to anyone thing is to make it relative, as all things are relative, and with this relativity comes a complexity where this “one thing” is no longer one thing. Ideologies are the forefront of this dangerous habit.

To be simple just learn to let go of things.

A dark truth is that good communication does not solve all problems.

Don’t try to be great, rather learn to let go of attachments which limit you and others.

Reality is neither black nor white nor grey. To see that which is see-through is to see.

We honor God in the simplicity of living and breathing.

To be versatile master the simple and see the simple in all things.

The best and worst you see in humanity are both you.

To know who you truly are you must let go of everything you love and hate, what you find beautiful and terrifying, and you thoughts and feelings of who you think you are….then rest in nothingness and what you seek will appear. Do this now for the clock of mortality is ever ticking.
What we put value on guides us as it becomes a god for us.

Gods are merely another word for experiences that have affected or affect us so deeply in such a manner they guide our actions.

True ruthlessnessnes lies in seeing the futility of attachment. True compassion results from a heart free from attachment.

True success is to be free from the desire for success. This can be acquired by either reaching a goal or letting go of it.

To become attached to things is to lose oneself in the process. When we lose outself things become attached to us.

We pursue things that “blow the mind” and one the “mind is blown” no rationality is left and we are left in an abyss of some sort.

Fundamentals are things and things are relative. Because of their relativity there are fundamentals to fundamentals making everything relatively fundamental as some point or another. Looking at the whole of reality, everything being fundamental to everything else makes everything fundamental and fundamentality has no meaning. People look for fundamentals but there are none.

We can’t control how people look at us because we do not truly know how they look at us. People barely look at eachother because they are always comparing themselves to others thus never really seeing the other but what they have or don’t have in themselves.

If all thing are connected how can we distinguish that there are things to connect in the first place? If we cannot distinguish these things that allow us to see a connection then we cannot see connection at all.

If all things are separate how can we connect the thing together that result in the things being separate? If we cannot connect a series of thing into the thing which stands apart then we cannot see separation at all.

To move beyond oneself one must master the simple discipline of focus. Distraction is a form of self-indulgence and makes the mind and heart murky thus creating barriers through an absence of clarity.

Sitting in a dark silent room alone reveals the inner workings of the imagination as images appear in an attempt to fill the void.

The utter devastation of oneself that results in a ground zero is the beginning of freedom, but this is only the beginning.

There are no distractions in nothingness thus no limits that bind us or separate us. Nothingness cannot be any simpler.

All things occur through distinctions and distinctions occur through contrast as one thing stands apart from another. The totality is without comparison otherwise if it were to have a comparison it would not be the totality as something would be beyond it. Without comparison the totality is without distinction thus nothing; the totality is very simple as it is without distinction.

The interior void reveals all our attachments and aversions as they appear in an effort to fill it. Given enough time the void disperses all these.
In an empty spirit and mind there is no repetition for order to occur and no asymmetry for chaos.

Our interactions with others is merely a journey through our own awareness.

Our thoughts, feelings and actions are but a mask.

If everything is completely separate then there would be nothing as the separate things would be comprised of connected thing, in order for there to be things to begin with, and this could not be the case.

If everything is completely connected then there would be no way to distinguish harmonious parts and this would result in nothingness as there are no distinctions.

Simplicity is both complete separation and complete connection as these things are fundamentally the same, they are nothingness.
The simpler a thing is the less of a thing it is.

The harmony in the movement of parts requires a connection yet this very harmony requires a separation as harmony requires multiple distinct things working together. Connection and separation do not fundamentally exist without the other yet the fact that they exist because of eachother necessitates a connection. However connection necessitates distinct parts as one thus separation is the grounds of connection. Connection and separation are fundamentally ideas and reading this one can see ideas are not very simple.

True suffering spontaneously appearts when we are the most comfortable. True comfort appearts spontaneously when we suffer the most.
We what perceive outside of us was in us all along where the occurrence was just triggered by time and space.

To gain freedom and insight we must sacrifice everything we hold most dear by releasing it in our hearts.

The despair of this world is the beginning of true hope.

Seemingly random events still requires the repetition of qualities; for a thing to spontaneously appear, disappear and then reappear it still observes repetition and with repetition comes order.

The void is the womb of being, know it as a man knows his wife.

Only the dead love honor and praise.

A true prayer is this “Lord show me your desolation for I am terrified of it.”

As all dreams are irrational so is this life for this life is but a dream.

The creation of laws is a response to the lack of simplicity within a people induced by their unfettered desires.

Appearances are merely waves in an ocean, they are the distinctions we make.

To reduce all things down to one thing makes said thing conditional an no longer one thing.

The empty heart embraces all things and yet is very simple.

To argue a point until one part becomes silent only gives evidence to the randomness of said parties thoughts, in other word’s it is grounded in nothing and at its root works as a spontaneous experience in that individual’s psyche.

God and the devil both accuse eachother of being liars and messing things up.

Stories come from the soul and the only way to know the soul is through stories. In many respects there is no difference between a soul and a story.

The ultimate simplicity is transparent and without distinction hence no quality. To see this one must know.

The deepest of pains eventually results in the greatest of pleasures. The greatest of pleasures eventually results in the deepest of pains. One inverts into the another and this continual inversion results in a balance where both become indistinct and meaningless.

Nothing is without change, more accurately put nothingness is without change.

Randomness requires repeated separation, this repeated separation is order. Order spontaneously appears and disappears, this spontaneity is randomness.

A still ocean has rapid currents at its depths.

Truth can be more destructive than fiction, destruction purifies.

We adopt the thoughts of those we love less because of the thought but rather out of love for the person. In these respects love can fill us with illusion.

The simpler your mind and heart become the more context you become and your emptiness becomes your wholeness as neither are distinct.
Paying attention to your demons burns them away.

Sometimes the best prayer is to let out a groan.

There is no barrier to find in a desolate heart.

We assume the hole within the center of us is a problem and seek to fill it yet ignore the fact is was natural to be born with it. Maybe the hole is not the problem but everything around it is.

Premature success causes many to fail in life.

Life is like a hurricane, the deeper you go into the storm the closer you reach the center and at the center there is stillness and peace.
Desire is an interior vacuum that sucks the life from us.

We are chess pieces for the gods and God plays solitaire with the gods.

Hell is attachment. The deepest of hells is the attachment to who you think you are. To be attached to something results in that thing to lord over you and you are no longer free. Desire is the root of attachment, it is a void that distorts our interior and exterior worlds.

Some assume order because of appearance. Some assume randomness because of appearance. Both however assume because of appearance and this nature of appearance is given validity through feeling. Yet if we are to observe ‘feeling’ there is no real appearance in an of itself. Furthermore is we are to feel that lies within it we find a silent nothing.

The more your conditions for contentment rely on the less stable your contentment is and this put boundaries on your freedom.

Our sense of self is conditional and as such is fundamentally fragile. All values stem from a self of self and from these values morals spring forth.
Our desires are determined for us for they spontaneously appear without our control as layers within our personalities. Strip away a layer of the personality and a different set of desires arises.

The habit of making distinctions dissolves one’s simplicity and with the absence of simplicity, no matter how distinct and clear one sees the world, comes an absence of clarity. Knowledge blinds us as the limits it sets creates innumerable boundaries which separate. Which separation comes chaos.

In judging that which exists we rarely judge the act of judgment itself for paradoxically the act of judgement stems from the very existence it seeks to put limits on leading us to see the futility of it while being left with a gnawing and meaningless desire to continue this path.
How false can an illusion be when it affects us nonetheless? The transient nature of values which give rise to morality, however illusive in nature, appear for a time and then disappear yet cannot be argued against that they do appear. Morality’s fundamental nature is that of appearance and as such is vacuous.

The true hunger of the world is from the heart.

That reads like a collection of notes scrawled on spare sheets of toilet paper and written in blood taken from another inmate's severed ear that you've secreted around your cell as you try to practise little speeches that will persuade the parole board that you are a reformed man.

Hint: "To praise or disparage something good is not to be one with it." isn't going to work, it would impress Advocate because it might as well have been written by him, but not a real person.

You should give this one though to BuzzCap7, he loves assinine shit in between quote marks: "Noone is fully aware of how life unfolds and yet it is entirely predictable, you reap what you sow."

“I tip everybody, that’s my philosophy. You see actually, it’s not tipping I believe in. It’s over-tipping. See, I think this is the kind of thing that people would like to know. Gimme that pen again.” – Vinnie
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M2_SjB016e4

Commentary: Because Vinnie's philosophy requires action, his philosophy is not an illusion. Talk is cheap, but action (and lack of action) defines the "moral value" of a philosophy.

If Jesus is what we claim him to be then his mystery lies beyond what the churches and western culture present him as today.

Internal and external adversity reduces us to our core attachments and aversions, it exposes what we love and hate the most.

Adversity differs for everyone because suffering is subjective but what is not subjective is the movement towards and the desire for completion.

Time reveals the truth and falsity of our imaginations.

Modern culture is a psychiatric ward where those who scream the loudest get the most attention.

A simple degree difference in perspective can determine why two, of otherwise the same people, have one fail and the other succeed in an endeavor while furthermore it determines how these two people see success and failure.

In times of disorder morality has to be shoved down people’s throats, that is why the times are disordered for it does not occur naturally. A forced morality is the echo of times long past where the times and time itself where more simple. This simplicity is the ghost of the subconscious screaming “what was” as it haunts us.

Feelings deceive us. So do thoughts. We have no choice over them.

The future is not fixed for we only see it in our imaginations and are imaginations are conditional. The only thing fixed in our sense of the future is obliteration where all things will be reconciled. We know this will occur because this is beyond imagination yet drives it.

Our idolization of feminity nurtures chaos by making impossible standards that dissolve natural order.

People deceive us and themselves when they say “you deserve this”.

Choice is confusing.

Modernity is centered around exploiting the heart and people wonder why they feel guilty and depressed.

History reminds us that we suffer from amnesia.

Desperation is the driving force of most.

How we interact with the world is a product of circumstance. The circumstances are our blood lines and the environment in which we are raised.

The moment we are in filters how we perceive past and future.

What we desire is determined for us by circumstance and these desires become our gods. Our true religion is predetermined by prior causes and effects.

How can we say everything is predetermined without being away of all the causes? How can we say everything is random when we are aware of repeated separations?

Pain is the soil from which our personal tree of knowledge grows. This tree produces fruits which when ripe and fallen further fertilize the soil.

Breath in saying “let” and breath out saying “go”.

Mankind is the fusion of everything possible.

We are all looking for something and yet barely know what it is.

To much love can be suffocating.

We are made aware for the moment only what we can handle.

We would be surprised at the multitude of subconscious influences that impose themselves upon us everyday.

People are things time burns away.

Our degree of insight is relative to our degrees of attachment and aversion.

One’s wiseman is another’s fool. One’s fool is another’s wiseman.

People give themselves too much credit.

The fixed heart is often blind to others.

Hell is different for many and it more of a hell we all share.

When you let go of circumstances that created you then you are no longer bound by fate for these circumstances ran their course and no longer guide you for they dissolved.

Egos are for children because they are make believe.

You can have “correct” reasoning in how to approach something and still get a result your reasoning did not conclude.

A society driven off of impulsive consuming has the nature of the beast. Beasts are subdued by discipline.

Deep enough sorrow sees the futility of weeping.

Honesty and genuineness does not guarantee success in an endeavor but endeavors come and go throughout our lives, honesty and genuineness is the subtle spring which nurtures life.

We only become true when stripped of everything we hold most dear, this can be ideas, beliefs, loved ones or physical possessions.

Some men hide behind their strength thinking it will save them but strength ebbs and flows as all things do.

Transparency is the soul of the thing, it is rarely found in people.

We only know right and wrong because of comparison.

To be full of potential means you are not yet complete, unactualized things have not yet run their course.

In your meditations let go of all thought, feeling and action by letting it pass around and through you. Keep letting go until you find something you can’t let go of and then pay attention to that.

Seeing is believing and much of our sight occurs in the mind.

Our largest error is trying to create a paradise we know barely anything about.

We idolize feminity because our father’s failed us in some form or another. We forget our mother’s had fathers too, so what do they know about the feminine?

Sometimes work prevents us from doing real work.

This world can drown us in a sea of things that don’t matter unless we learn to swim or better yet let go of reason and walk on water.
The wiseman casts seeds on both fertile and unfertile soil knowing no matter the yield, great or small, it will be valued.

We only know of God, through belief or doubt, because of mankind. One man is mankind in his or her self.

If all is hopeless one might as well have hope for it doesn’t matter.

Mankind is the fusion of all possible circumstances.

The Lamb can be brought back from nothing.

Let your heart be true, let it arise from nothing.

Many of our burdens are needlessly placed on ourselves.

Don’t desire greatness, greatness makes one a slave.

Oftentimes there is little result in making a judgement.

Fasting brings clarity and there are many ways to fast but only one: reduction.

The world is transmuted for our entertainment.

Indulgence in the senses empties the mind for a short period of time but this emptiness is conditional and creates a desire for more.

People search the world for completion but only gain fading memories.

Language is an experience which molds the psyche.

People generally confuse stimulation for being alive but continually seeking stimulation is no way to live.

We compete fundamentally in the way of who can move matter in a way other’s cannot.

It is a mistake to fill the void for there is nothing to fill.

Tranquility and clarity are one and the same.

Peace that cannot withstand adversity is not peace.

The more traumatic the experience the more one is likely to try to gain control of life through some developed habit out of fear of letting go and something as bad or worse happening again. This approach magnifies the trauma.

People really don’t know what they are doing, they see a few patterns within life and cling to these things in the hope of making sense of reality.

Entertainment creates a catharsis in which no one cares about anything or anyone as the entertainment relieves one of the experience of responsibility.

Conquer yourself, for that is where the darkest demons are.

The best liars start by lying to themselves.

Most of reality is just blatant assertions from the mind.

The modern world is a cold vacuum. We are replaceable numbers that mean nothing.

Meaning is for the weak and the strong do not care if they are strong or weak for they know these things do not matter.

Be honest about everything, the good and the bad.

Those who hold on to the things of this world, including one’s own identity, have failed the test. The test is simple: how free can you be? How much can you release?

Life fundamentally goes nowhere, approach it as an act of centering not progress.

The fundamental nature of the soul is to release limits, the soul itself is nothing.

Look around you and see the diversity of perspectives then ask yourself what insanity really is.

Patterns point to the cyclical futility of things.

The black cold vacuum is a layer of hell but it is not the center of it, the center is much crueler, brutal and darker.

Stay disciplined and meditate, whatever appears to you in your meditations work with until their nature reveals itself to you.

People assumed the balanced person is light and fluffy but darkness and brutality is a part of life too.

History is just fragments of the collective memory.

The ancients where more attuned to the environment around them, today the only thing we are attuned with is what is trending online.

An unlived life leaves a black void of potential inside that burns one.
Forcing things over extends oneself and warps the environment around them.

Hedonism is a morality of right and wrong; pursuing what you want and getting it while avoid what you don’t want and not getting it is right, the opposite is wrong. Morality is an illusion however as what we value passes.

The most impactful moments of our lives are marked by an irrevocable silence.

The primordial concept of the heart is reanimation, matched in the mind it is cyclicality, from this all things take form and are maintained.

People generally say they are in control when thing work according to their will, they say they are out of it when things are working as they will.

People who believe in themselves believe in what they have no control over, the circumstances that formed them and are them.

Belief in one thing is balanced by doubt in another.

If things can always be improved then nothing is ever good enough and if nothing is ever good enough then nothing is worth improving.

Civilization is a process of cultivating some thoughts concepts and weeding out others.

The most efficient way to learn how to swim is to jump into the water. Learning is adaptability, a full heart, mind and stomach adapts very little.

Once you think you understood everything talk to another person and they will quickly point out something you missed or you become aware how little you understand in how to make other people understand.

Societies create the majority of problems they are trying to solve.

Unless it pleases the sensual side people try to kill or stifle anything that occurs outside the box.

Pain clouds awareness.

People will claim you are egotistical if you are convicted in something, but if you question their convictions they will claim something is wrong with you.

Build a good house and it will last a hundred years, build a good thought and it will last a thousand.

Institutionalized learning is an echo chamber and what we learn there is merely an echo.

Doubt of all leads to the belief of all for doubt is doubted and with the belief of all comes the belief in doubt, true doubt and true belief occurs simultaneously.

Bias is the root of doubt.

We seek grandiose things not knowing that with familiarity they cease to be what they are.

Of what accord is reality but the struggle of madnesses between madnesses?

If we ask "what is truth?" the answers cease to be truth for they become a thing.

If you seek to understand yourself all you will find is change for with each new insight of the self is a transformation of the self.

Are truth and falsity at all necessary in light of them always being the perpetual limits of our vision?

Justification is madnessness for anything can be justified and yet we cherish such things for in the insanity things make sense by virtue of intensity.

Know the infinite and the finiteness of death becomes a gift of transformation.

Practice dying in all things great and small.

To let go of things one becomes true to the cycle of death and resurrection, the eternal renewal by nature of time itself.

Beware of the excessively moral for often they hide dark intent.

What makes sense is only momentary, the only momentary thing is the moment by which we percieve it as such a thing...if truly a thing at all for many have argued for it but for only a moment.

Some forms of madness seem rational when compared to others.

Power does little in the face of ultimate complexity, do not burden yourself it either it or the desire for it...such a burden is a fruitless back breaking yolk.

When you stop forcing sense upon things then they appear for what they truly are.

Meaning is within the depths of desolation, it is the light that sees vanity as but a shallow image, a spectre reflecting unbridled want and nothing more.

People often view only the wealthy as wise and yet the wealthy often do not know what to do with nor the point of their money...do not chase wealth, do not run from the opportunity of wealth, accept what is there without idolization.

Better a man who accepts punishment than one who fears it.

The crisis of identity is but a crisis of attachment.

The deepest attachment is the mindset of trying to be unattached, a lesser degree is attachment to all things, lesser than that is attachment to some things, the least is knowing that attachment occurs then dissolves.

By awareness of the darkness within is a person defined, by awareness of the darkness of the world comes conflict...who is to truly say that one is distinct from the other?

Madness is a maddening word for madnesses springs forth from applying it.

Knowing what one truly wants is truly rare and yet want underlies all action.

The cure for sanity is asking what it truly is.

The most insane person is the one with a justification for everything.

Religion and politics are culturally acceptable forms of madness, what is not culturally acceptable is true authenticity...unless it brings money.

If someone tells you to think for yourself...are you truly thinking for yourself?

People respect rationality but bow low before irrationality.

People who idolize knowledge generally lack it.

Simplicity breeds complexity by nature of being too subtle and vague.

The spoken word ends in contradiction and yet the deep silence in the center births the truest of words.

True ruthlessness gives rise to compassion for true ruthlessness sees no point to ruthlessness.

People weep over the loss of "the good times" for they forget what "the good times" fundamentally where....time.

Time births desire and from desire conflict, time is the two edged sword that speaks only truth by utterance of the fire of change.

Those who dwell in the depths are not caught in the net of relativism, those who dwell in the center of the storm are safe from it. By obscurity do simple teachings generate much but complex teaching lays waste and yet occurence justifies a place for all forms and degrees of knowing.

Fools only listen to the wise. Fools only listen to fools.

The future is quite predictable in knowing that noone knows what it will be.

Suffering is transcended by acceptance of it, those who do not accept suffering suffer the most...to see suffering as evil is to suffer evil.

By clarity is a thing known, by clarity awareness is the internal light.

The revelation of the truth is at first deeply horrific and then follows a freedom within the awe, the absence of desire frees one from being seered by the truth.
