In Australia both of these people are women. Both of them can go into any women-only places they wish to. Both would go to a women's prison, share a prison cell with another woman. If anyone objects then they can be sued and ordered to pay a large sum of money to one of them or be arrested and possibly serve time in prison.

This is a landmark case. It leaves the door open for any man who wants to gain access to women's spaces/sports etc. Now why would ANY man want to do that? It's a complete 'mystery'...
