Looking for Philosophy Buddies

Post by AbyssWalker »

Hey there
I enrolled in the philosophy course hoping I would meet colleagues with whom I could exchange ideas and in turn be exposed to subjects I was previously unaware of. Much to my surprise, however, I found that not only very few people actually take part in the course but the majority of them signed up for a different shift than mine. I'm basically left to myself. I hope that by joining this forum I could make up for this lack of interaction which we can all agree is unavoidable if one is seeking to get a well rounded grasp of the most basic issues.

As the member who is normally the first to welcome new members, bahman, do you feel that Rick was out of line in beating you to it on this occasion? Will you be making a complaint?

I don't think that he would beat me. I just don't find it good to leave the post of a new commer without any reply.
