practically of the higher spiritual realm

I have often read about people and countries trying to
achieve a higher spiritual belief...

and here in America, with the idiotic idea of posting the ''Ten commandments''
in the classrooms, this is another attempt to reach a higher spiritual state...
but the entire idea fails on one simple fact... that failure comes from the
fact there is a lack of any sort of religious feeling in America today.....

The Crypto-Fascists of America today, are happy to tell others how to achieve
a ''spiritual state''.... but they are oblivious to their own failures....
their own lack of being spiritual.... these Crypto-Fascists would be
appalled if someone did what they are doing to others, telling them
how to pray, whom to pray to, and where to pray......

The fact of the matter is that most of the religious types fail
in their own attempts to reach a higher spiritual realm....
it is not spiritual guidance or reaching a higher spiritual
frame of mind, no, what they are reaching for, these
Crypto-Fascists are doing is reaching for power...
the power to tell others who to pray to.... and seeking power
is not about a spiritual realm.... it is about a minority trying to
tell the majority how to live......

but let us attack this idea of reaching a higher spiritual plane or
realm..... what exactly does it take to do so? I can't see how
the occasional visit to the church for an hour or so, once a week,
at best, can help one achieve a higher spiritual realm....
I can't even see how reading the bible, as some do,
can help one achieve a higher spiritual realm as
a higher spiritual realm is not just a state of believing,
but a state of action.... it is doing that brings one into
a state of higher spiritual realm.... belief isn't enough....
for where the rubber meets the road is about what we do,
our actions, and not what we believe...or hold true.....

it is not enough to say, I hold that god is true... we have to act
upon that notion.... we have to act, hold actions that hold us
accountable to the notion that god does actually exists.....
don't tell me what you believe to be true, show me what you
believe to be true.... actions speak louder than words....
as they say......

what actions are you taking that allow you to reach a higher spiritual
realm? not what beliefs you hold, but what actions are you doing?

or said another way, if you hold others accountable for their actions,
then you must hold yourself equally accountable for your own actions...
and Christians don't do that..... but, John Doe is being in sin by
cross dressing... I don't give a shit about John Doe... what about you?
what actions show us that you, that you are reaching for a higher
spiritual realm? Hold yourself accountable... not others, but
yourself.... or are you too Christian to hold yourself accountable?

or said another way... are your beliefs used as ''a way of life?''
or are your words, just words, meaning nothing, full of sound
and fury, signifying nothing?
