The Hoodoo Gurus
Death Defying
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xz_EfVz13oA&t=9s

Been a fav or mine since the mid 1980s.
Lyrics:

Ever since the world began, ooh-wee
Men have sailed to foreign lands, ooh-wee
And the fortune that they've found, ooh-wee
Is now buried in the ground, ooh-wee

Some would say the ocean roars, ooh-wee
As it stumbles to the shore, ooh-wee
But to me, it only sings, ooh-wee
Of the sorrow that it brings, ooh-wee

All my friends are dead or they're dying
And our laughter turns into crying
It's death-defying

Well, I barely learned to swim, ooh-wee
Just enough to save my skin, ooh-wee
And I'll never sail alone, ooh-wee
And my harbour is my home, ooh-wee

All our friends are dead or they're dying
And our laughter turns into crying
It's death-defying

Hey-hey
Hey

If there's one thing that I've learned, ooh-wee
It's the point of no return, ooh-wee
And if that's to be our fate, ooh-wee
Now's no time to hesitate, ooh-wee

Now's no time to hesitate
Now's no time to hesitate

Primus
Harold Of The Rocks

So in the end, Swamper and Greeny finally succumb to the ways of Harold. And in doing so, each gave just a little bit of his soul away. What a couple of dumbshits.

Frizzle Fry wasn't as popular as Sailing The Seas Of Cheese, oddly enough. I think it's the better album, personally. Side one of Frizzle Fry is as good as the whole Seas album.

Oh now wait i haven't heard this before. I've heard the Floyd covers on that album and a couple others tho. This is something from the Sausage lineup after Primus. He's got horns in the song lol. U gotta hear the studio Sausage version so u know what they're tryna play.

^^^ Would u or would u not end Whamola at 1:46?

I think it's over-drawn to the point of rendering u unable to remember how tough the first 1.5 minutes of it is. U want that groove to hit hard and fast and leave the listener like yo. All that extraneous stretching of the song just to make room for some bizarre sound samples depletes it of its force, i think.

That first 1.5 jams some serious shit tho.
