Israel has drawn up an evacuation plan for civilians along the coast in the Gaza Strip, The Wall Street Journal reports, and has presented it to Egypt in recent days.

According to the WSJ, the plan envisions 15 sites containing 25,000 tents each across Gaza, running from the southern edge of Gaza City south to the Al Mawasi area north of Rafah.

Rafah, a city that sits on the Gaza-Egypt border, is the target of the next IDF offensive, according to Israeli leaders. The US and regional allies have warned about the humanitarian dangers of the IDF moving into the city, in which more than 1 million Gazan refugees are sheltering.

Citing Egyptian officials, the report says that Israel expects the camps, which would include medical facilities, to be funded by the US and Arab partners.

If they evacuate to Egypt, you know that they will never be able to return to Gaza.

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — The United States on Tuesday vetoed an Arab-backed and widely supported U.N. resolution demanding an immediate humanitarian cease-fire in the Israel-Hamas war in the embattled Gaza Strip, saying it would interfere with negotiations on a deal to free hostages abducted in Israel.
Seriously?

Seriously?
Do you doubt that?
US stands alone in the world on this issue.

That’s a pretty fascist fantasy image, veggie. Netanyahu would no doubt approve.

Thus it is said that from the heart of Jerusalem the Lord roars like a lion, shaking the earth and sky. But the Lord is a fortress, a place of safety for his people Israel.

Hail to the lion of Judah!

It's quite eye-opening how thick the majority of posters on here are. You go to Twitter of all places and the level of brilliance, logic and reason can be astonishing. Comment after comment, from all kinds of people, that make you go 'wow'. Wonkers don't stand a chance, which is why they ALWAYS have 'protected' tweets
I don't understand why simple facts and logic are so difficult for so many people, and why is it such a problem for those on a philosophy site? It might as well be a conspiracy 'the Jews did 9/11' forum.
I have a close relative who is dumb as a post. Terrorised her siblings all through childhood. A real monster. Now? As woke as woke can be, in full purple-haired glory. Knows absolutely nothing about Israel or the history of the region and doesn't want to know. That's so typical of wonkers. Know-nothings who only care about jumping on the latest fashionable bandwagon to get social media 'likes'.

Nothing here that actually responds to anything said by anyone in the thread.
This is a person who thinks that having a horrible relative is evidence that someone else's opinion is wrong.
It makes me go 'wow.'

So it isn't just dumb posts on the forum you are having to put up with?

But yes, it makes logical sense that sociopaths who want to appear 'good' would feel nothing for the slow torture of babies and toddlers. There are a lot of child-haters out there. Such a shame, because children are the most brilliant and awe-inspiring beings in the universe.
