Of course Don T is being over-charged. Everybody that walks into a courtroom is. But that doesn't mean he isn't guilty of some crime(s).
- Saints, presidents, and ex-presidents are different than everyone else, and different rules apply to them.
- If not, then everyone wronged and harmed by illegal immigration can bring a civil suit against Biden for failing to protect the border.
- However, in situations similar to Trump who has Democrat judges, Democrat prosecutors, Democrat juries, Leftist media reporting, Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) infecting the education of the little children now of voting age, and with proceedings conducted in venues that vote 95% Democrat such as in D.C. or a similarly infected New York State, the prosecutions against any Democrat (Uniparty approved) ex-president would fizzle out. They only eat their own to advance The Party.
- The election of an individual into the presidency is the vetting process that takes into consideration his past before the presidency. The election gives him a clean slate, and after that the Legislature is his inspector, and impeachment his disciplining for the welfare of the country.
- This is why Biden, who is destroying the country, is not impeached. The Party owns the intelligence agencies that has dirt on everyone and that can destroy anyone * ... Trump is an example. And like against Trump, if they have nothing they make it up, change laws and use regulations in unique, creative ways to fit their narrative.
- After he is sworn into office, POTUS is no longer an individual. He is the executive branch of the federal government, and the former executive branch of the federal government. Just that one individual is the executive branch. Not his cabinet, not his agencies, and not their rules. Not the deep states rules of classification. The POTUS is the last word on classified information. Not the thousands of the deep state. Not you or me, or anyone else. The president is the executive branch of government. One individual. That makes the POTUS, and saints, unlike other individuals.
* As Schumer (D. Senate Majority Leader) predicted back when Trump and his family believed in the perseverance of truth, which they still may cling to but not enough to get involved in the administration anymore.
