Your issue is how the state is organized and functions, not the political leanings of any particular state judicial officials. This issue is not about capitalism vs communism becuz the state and its officials can be as corrupt in either system. However, the possiblity of corruption would be far less if the government were structured differently and more along the lines of the direct mandate and recall vertical style soviet government of a genuine socialism. In short, the citizens of the state wouldn't have to jump through a bunch of bureaucratic hoops to get an official who's guilty of corruption (lying, planting evidence, falsifying evidence, etc) the fuck outta there, and fast.
