If they had, and instead of shooting up a few kibbutz and taking hostages, they rolled through with tanks and launched hundreds of missles, your prime minister would be bitchin about that and wishing they had just shot up a few kibbutz.
There is a lot of information and views circulating out there, naturally, and I found Ron Unz' view to be interesting and worthwhile. It does not change the *terrorism* picture necessarily, but does open it up to a more nuanced examination.
Unz writes: "Important articles have now begun appearing, drawing together all this scattered information, and indeed suggesting that many or most of the Israeli civilian deaths may have occurred at the hands of their own confused and trigger-happy military forces:"
A growing number of reports indicate Israeli forces responsible for Israeli civilian and military deaths

Oh so this guy might be implying that israel smoked its own people to create a pretext for blaming hamas, invading gaza and annexing it? I'm guessing more or less becuz I didn't look into that link. But that's the logical MO for a theory like that.
Yeah by now I'm pretty much burned out on the whole thing and not as interested as i was a week ago. But u know me; I dimiss it all as more of the same of the consequences of religion and capitalism, and i pay very little attention to the big grand zionist conspiracies and all that shit.
But it is cute and kinda entertaining to watch everybody miss the mark entirely when they take a shot at explaining the causes of the conflict.
Wake me up when iran and syria and china and everybody gets going tho. I don't wanna miss that.
Actually Unz refutes that Israel intelligence or military allowed it to happen. The evidence points to a huge lapse in intelligence. Unless HaShem sends a miracle Netanyahu is toast. How could he survive this? He also points out that a large number of the Israeli dead were “smoked” by Israeli fire.
“A Hamas spokesman admitted to Russia Today that the terrorist group built tunnels underneath Gaza to protect its own members, not Palestinian civilians — whom he said it was not Hamas’s job to protect but rather that of Israel and the United Nations.”

Worry and hope, worry and hope. Will there be bundt cake, with icing?
Are there any other groups of people you personally don't like, Walker (while we're on the topic of clearing out places)? Hopefully, I'm not included in that category. If I am, you'll have to kill me yourself. And I'd hate for you to get your hands all messy.

What, EXACTLY, IS 'the mark' here "promethean75"?
