Yes they are, they recorded the vote count per district across the entire country at the times they were given.

The Trump campaign launched about 80 law suits after the election making claims of all sorts of fraud, with no evidence. some of their lawyers made presentations to the courts so feeble that they are still in the process of losing their law licenses for it. The process of counting the votes is overseen by representatives of both parties and many neutral third parties. It's tranpsarent, highly regulated, and enormous effort goes into uncovering actual fraud. Your elections are among the best in the world and they are audited to keep it that way.

They had the suitcases full of fake votes - Rudy G has admitted in court filings already that one was a lie and he's going to lose everything he owns for it. Then they moved on to believing in Italian satellites interfering with the votes, and accepted as evidence the say so of a time traveller. A FUCKING TIME TRAVELLER!!!!!!! Why are we pretending to take this shit seriously?

They don't want to believe that their hero lost an election, so they believe absolutely anything else. Even.... and I'm not sure if I mentioned this already .... FUCKING TIME TRAVELLERS. They are pros at believing things that their allies believe no matter how stupid just to belong.

What is the point in compromising with them? Why rearrange the entire universe to suit somebody who will still assume everything is a lie if they aren't getting their way? Or (and/or) different people want different things and the problem is we are in the same society and compromise can be impossible or lose lose. We can run around saying they are bad, stupid, wrong - which certainly can be possible and different side may be correct in these judgments at times - but perhaps it is often that we truly deep down want different kinds of lives. And it would be best if we (in some magical alternative universe) could live on different planets.

Philosophical influence might be part of that, somehow...but it's quite irrelevant. I think philosophers and hobbyists are more obliged to see these political disputes Historically first. How will the future generations see it? How do other countries around the world, see it right now? How is it any different, or the same as, a banana republic when American politicians now turn to jail their political rivals that they can't beat democratically? Yet they call themselves "democrats"? Maybe they're not?
