I think consciousness is a natural phenomenon, neither inexplicable, nor a miracle.

NOT AT ALL.

In Fact 'it' IS ACTUALLY ALREADY UNDERSTOOD, and KNOWN. Even IN the days when this is being written.

consciousness is not a miracle.. but I do think that until
science explains the origins and nature of consciousness,
we won't be complete... in fact, I would go so far as to say
the most important thing in science is to explain the origins
and nature of consciousness... we understand the makeup of
planets and galaxies, but we have no idea what consciousness is...
or how it began....

I think consciousness is a natural phenomenon, neither inexplicable, nor a miracle.
But you cannot even put a name to it. You can’t touch, see, taste, smell, or hear it.

That’s what I call a miracle imho.

Not to be too blasé about it.

Consciousness is inexplicable. Why, because it’s not a tangible object that can be looked upon and studied as a factual thing. Consciousness is not a thing.
