Is Mein Kampf the most Woke work ever?

Post by Constantine »

I've been noticing massive parallels between Hitler and the Woke movement. Both do pogroms, intimidation, virtue signaling and are open to Socialism. Both are ethnic centric beliefs systems proclaiming a historically aggrieved status to one ethnic group, placing blame on the other, and scape goating it for current issues. Both demand repayment, either in blood, reparations or living space.

Correction: Nazism was the opposite of socialism and so is wokism. The Nazis used the term 'National Socialism' to attract the ordinary working man, but the clue is in the use of the word 'National' (and everything they ever did). But yes, there are many similarities.

There are things that conservatives want everyone to "wake up" about but that's not being woke. It's only when liberals want others to "wake up" to their own political prejudices that it's woke.

Not to mention, for others, the other way around

And reactions to Mein Kampf doesn't change that.

Who are you to assume that others aren't 'awake'? You know, it's that kind of conceit and arrogant lack of self awareness that makes others despise you so much.

On the contrary, it is the fiercely fanatical "my way or the highway" moral and political objectivists who insist that others are only "awake" if they think exactly as they do.

Me, I'm "fractured and fragmented" in regard to the moral conflagrations that rend the species.

And, again, what is far more interesting about minds like yours here is the part that revolves around this:
...what, in my opinion, is always most intriguing about these pontificators is not what they argue but the way they bully those who dare not to share their own insufferable dogmas.

So, perhaps, someday she might finally confront whatever or whoever turned her into this declamatory caricature. Something has clearly pissed her off in life. Something that brings her into places like this in order to vent. And to accumulate scapegoats.

It seems [to me] that she needs to make scapegoats of those she construes to be part of whatever she is outraged about. But what is it? And how did it come about?

Wouldn't that be far more fascinating to explore?

It should always be the 'facts, science, logic and reason way' or 'the highway'. There's no arguing with that.

Well in that case, "it is the fiercely fanatical 'my way or the highway' moral and political objectivists who insist that others are only 'awake' if they share exactly the same facts, science and reason as they do."

As though in regard to Mein Kampf, there is only one ontological, teleological and deontological assessment wholly in sync with them. Instead of folks all up and down the ideological spectrum acquiring political prejudices rooted in the lives that they actually lived and live.

Even fascism has arguments pro and con: https://prosancons.com/government/pros- ... f-fascism/

But in a No God world how do philosophers pin down that which all rational men and women are inherently or necessarily obligated to believe about it?

No, seriously.

Look, it's not something that I am particularly proud of, but reducing her ilk down to ridiculous posts like this is still something that I truly do look forward to.

So, sure, despise me for it.

Pogroms regularly killed people in the target ethnic group.
intimidation, virtue signaling and are open to Socialism.
Everybody uses virtue signaling and pretty much every group uses intimidation. But sure, yes, they use those.
Both are ethnic centric beliefs systems proclaiming a historically aggrieved status to one ethnic group,
Well, Woke adherants would have a large number of groups with an aggrieved status. Which is a significant deviation from Nazism.

[ placing blame on the other, and scape goating it for current issues.
This has been done by conservatives, liberals, anarchists, socialists, communists, globalists anti-globalists....politicians and their constituants.
Both demand repayment, either in blood, reparations or living space.
Sounds like corporations.

Pogroms aim at killing specific people. Doesn't mean that they achieve that end, they often vacuum up the wrong people. Sometimes precisely the same people doing the attack. One of the few advantages of Marxism and Nazism is they had a paramilitary hierarchy that grasped this and so would instigate and corral the pogroms. In leftist communities in the US during covid suffering from pogroms, no such support. So it was often the communities where the most aggrieved people lived that were burnt.... but it all worked out come election time.

Rwanda was famous for randomly slaughtering the wrong people that on paper they should of been supporting, if you follow their own genocidal logic.

So when I see a pogrom, I GTFO as it is a insensible beast. I don't care how much it claims to support me. I'm at risk.

Whether Mein Kampf is a woke book or not, depends on the translation?? Does that make any sense at all??
