I have just heard that Peter Kropotkin died peacefully in his sleep this afternoon. His wife said that she was glad she was there at the end, and wouldn't have missed it for the world. I'm sure the whole forum will join me in extending our sincere congratulations to his family and friends.

I'm sorry to rain on the parade but that seems to be my goal in life for whatever reason. I have no idea why, but that's become my mission.
