Re: Atheism
If we have mosquitos, then do we need a bug zapper or should we let it continue to fly about? Is there anyone who can sort out what we need to do and why?
Re: Atheism
You are tripping again.
déjà vu, is the feeling like you're experiencing something that you almost certainly couldn't have, which is actually correct. There is no I who is experiencing anything. I is an experience within no experiencer. I is an appearance. I is an apparition. It's a known concept, but never seen. Who knows but the only knowing there is, which is consciousness.
Now, what does consciousness look like? does consciousness have an image that can be seen as a physical object, known as a concept?
Re: Atheism
Your thread seems very active today, DAM. Congratulations on your success.
Re: Atheism
This is a bug planet where bugs do nothing more than bug each other all day long to stave of the tedious boredom of bug life, it's no good trying to swat them out of existence, they'll only disappear when the last bug is no more, and even then, no bug will ever know that such an extermination took place.Gary Childress wrote: ↑Tue Apr 11, 2023 3:40 pm If we have mosquitos, then do we need a bug zapper or should we let it continue to fly about? Dear, I swear I didn't know he had drugs on him when I let him in! Should we flush them down the toilet or call the authorities on him? If the authorities come, they might put him in jail and I wouldn't want my guest to go to jail. However, I feel like alerting the authorities might be the right thing to do. Perhaps he needs to go to a detox center or heck, if we're caught in this, we might end up in jail too!
@AJ did you bring drugs? Are you high? Please tell me you aren't.
Re: Atheism
I am here only to create a wave in my ocean. Glad to be of service.
I love to feel those waves of pleasure, do you? even if they are only temporal and fleeting.
Just don't mention the word ''decadence'' it might spoil the moment of bliss.

Re: Atheism
Regardless of what happens, Harbal, please don't blame Dontaskme. I'll accept the full blame. Perhaps I should have known better than to be nice to strangers I meet. But I didn't know he would be like this. I just thought he was like any other human being and might be a nice, friendly person or something. Have I put too much faith in humanity? Is there nothing of any good use that we can do with all that zen or whatever? Or should we leave it here with all the rest of the stuff? I hate to throw it out, then it'd probably just end up in a landfill or else the ocean. I hope Zen isn't poisonous to fish? However, if we just keep it we'll have to put it somewhere out of the way so there's a clear path for others, maybe?

He's tripping over himself, meeting himself going back. It's as if he is always pre-occupied with shagging his corpse.

Re: Atheism
Well, that is strange, then. I wonder why anyone would want to do that. How odd. I guess it's best for me to just leave him be at least for now. I just hope he doesn't do something worse. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I'll throw the mop and broom in the closet for now. Maybe the dust pan too. I'll give Southeby's a call and see if they can send an appraiser. Perhaps it's worth money? If we can get $199, then perhaps we can pay him for the lesson. Maybe if I call the better business bureau later, do you think we could get the money back?Dontaskme wrote: ↑Tue Apr 11, 2023 4:11 pmTripping, no, the word has nothing to do with drugs.Gary Childress wrote: ↑Tue Apr 11, 2023 3:52 pmDear, I swear I didn't know he had drugs on him when I let him in! He's also an intruder, always showing up to his own show.
I have no beef with him personally, it's just that he's not my cup of tea on the reasoning and logical critical thinking level.
Lets just say he doesn't make me experience those waves, like Harbal does.

Thank you Gary, for your wonderful participation in this play.
BTW, you don't happen to know why Shakespeare killed Romeo and Juliet do you?
I mean talk about PASSIONATE LOVE ...it should be allowed to flourish.

Re: Atheism
I'm OK with him other than he seems to embrace things that I've never really thought of embracing. War, the Godfather, Mosquitoes. Not my "jam" as they say. I'd much rather stay clear of what seems like bad stuff to me as best I can. Of course, everything I do, I do out of hope that it's not going to lead to something terrible, like War, Mafias or people turning into Mosquitos. But what do I know? I just hope no one forms a mafia and declares war on mosquitos, I guess?Dontaskme wrote: ↑Tue Apr 11, 2023 4:24 pmHe's a scammer, conning everyone out of their money. What would you like to turn into next? Are you ready to be a human being yet? Or would you like to be something else?Alexis Jacobi wrote: ↑Tue Apr 11, 2023 4:30 pmIt's FUN! Immense, seemingly unending fun. Then .. the fun ends!
